You should ask for the pathology report at the time of ligation. It will tell how much tube was removed for the pathology test. Fax it to the office at 919-967-8637.

ZachxLesley, Since you're scheduled for the end of September i'm guessing you've already sent us a copy of your operative and pathology note. If not, please fax it to us * 919-967-8637 for our review and response. Dr.Berger can repair the fallopian tubes in 98 percent of women who have had their tubes tied. Looking forward to meeting you in September. Martha S.

Have you sent your operative report in to CHTRC? They should be able to tell you how much tube was removed and what type of ligation was done if all is stated in the operative report. They can also tell you if your a good candidate for TR. I faxed mine into CHTRC today and got a response by email within just a few hours. Alot of Ladies say they receive a phone call about their operative report after faxing it in. CHTRC would probably be the best to answer your question.

Just wondering. My report doesn't actually list how much tube was removed or type done. What it sayslaparoscopic tubal interuption via waters thermocautery ~~~It says the tube was grasped and coagulated and separated in two locations.same to both tubes. Has anyone had this type done? And got pregnant? Thankyou~Lesley I go for surgery sept.24th. I just don't wanna get my hopes up..
