Even before I scheduled my surgery they always answered my e-mails and questions promptly. Now that my surgery is scheduled things have been going so very smooth. Everyone there has been great! If I have any questions, day or night I always get a reply within a few hours... how great is that? With any other doctors office or facility you would have to leave a message and it would take days in most cases to get an answer. SO THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT CHTRC you are a great team!!!
