It is going to work out for you ladies, hang in there. I thought the day would never come for me! And in my case, it took my DH and I over 10 years to say "let's do it!". So here I am, my youngest is 13. It has been a long long road, but the day came to pass! And I feel so blessed because of it. I will pray that you ladies get a financial blessing to help you with the cost..God Bless

I understand now that this was a specail I guess it would have helped if it would have been noted. I know you can't put a price tag on getting fertialty back or even getting relief form PTLS, it is things are just so hard right now with the economy that it is difficult for some of use to get a surprise like this. I was never informed that this was a specail and was only being offered so a cartain amount of time if I would have know that in the beging then I wouldn't feel so surprised.

When I had my TR there was no discounted fee of $5400 with Dr Berger and Dr M was not yet performing surgeries on his own so we had no choice. Any of you that get in on one of these deals should consider yourselves lucky. And either one of these MD's doing your surgery will be worth every penny! I challenge anyone to find a surgery center with the expertise, kindness and success rate that you will get at CHTRC for a price even close to theirs. This is, without a doubt, an exceptional deal to say the least!!!!!!!!

The prices are really reasonable, and the service is exceptional. There is really not a "price tag" you can put on getting your fertility back. Good luck ladies

Beginning April 1, 2009, Dr. Monteith's discounted fee will be $5400 and Dr. Berger's discounted fee will still be $5900. This fee is due in full within 24 hour of scheduling your surgery and this discount is only offered for the first time that you schedule.
**Until March 31, 2009, surgery can be scheduled with Dr. Berger for a special fee of $5400 or with Dr. Monteith for a special fee of $4900. This discounted fee is also due at the time you schedule your appointment. This fee is a temporary special discount. When we return to the usual fee we are not raising our prices but lifting the special. Fran, RN

A-BABY 4 ME DR.B PRICES I think are staying the same. I think it's just Dr.M's prices who will be increasing. I am just as confused as everybody else. Someone will chime in and explain the price thing like I said I just read it as I was looking through the board.

Aimee I am not sure that why i hope some from CHTRC responds. I happen to be reading something where it said that the prices might be going up so I am just waiting to see what we can and can't do to lock that 4900 price in. I think if you are able to pay something or even half they should still give it to us at that price.I too may have to wait a little longer. There is something all getting in my way now that I am close to having all the money now the price goes up. Maybe I need to rethink what I am going to do I still have other children. Hasty
We are offering the option to schedule, pay in full, and have surgery by March 31st at the special prices. Surgery must occur by March 31st and it is a first-come, first-served basis as long as appointments last. Those patients who who have already scheduled and paid for dates after March 31st at the $4,900 rate, will obviously still receive the old fees. However, new pre-payment plans will be at the new fees. Dr. Monteith's fees are simply returning to what was offered prior to the holiday and New Year extra reduced offer.

when was the price going up? What if we make a payment like $3,000 does that lock us into the original fee? I guess if it does go up I will have to wait a little longer

Hello ladies I heard that there will be a price increase. This is crazy,I have saved my money and was going to go schedule with Dr.M and now I hear his prices are going up.I know you guys have the best prices, and I know Dr.M has to make his money but shouldn't they go up after a year or something. It's stressful that we are trying to gather this money and some people like me was playing to have the tr done later in the year so now some ladies might or might not be able to get their tr. Everybody won't be able to chnage their dates by March. What if you pay something on the tr or half and still get it for 4900 what can you guys come up with to try and make this work for everybody. I was looking forward to meeting Dr.M now I may have to put everything on hold so I can try to save more money. Well good luck to all the ladies who are able to have their tr able keep your heads up to those who just don't know how they are going to make it happen. Sorry so long I was just shocked that the price was going up. Hasty
