If you look over the Pomeroy page on this website you could see an illustration. Also, each week the pregnancies reported for that week are posted here on the message board. If you look at those with methods of lig/res, most of them are Pomeroy types and you can see how many go on to report pregnancies. You can also look over their lengths after TR. I don't know for sure how much tube you will have left after the TR. You can go to the home page here on the left and it will tell you more about the methods. Good luck. I had the same method and am having my TR next week.
