blessitbelord1more, I'm LOL!!! . I also called BD in the afternoon "Afternoon Delight". I love Midnight Buffet, and Early Bird Special also...It's so funny how we can be somewhere else in the world and have the same ideas . I have 12 days left to be on the other side, I'm getting more and more excited! I ovulate 5 days later, so I'm looking forward to TTC soon after tubal reversal . Usually I have a high tolerance towards pain, so I will see how things go. Roslyn
LOL LOL!!! Another friend from here calls me her "Hero" lol
Anyway you get that much needed rest. I see on another post that you haven't been out of the hotel much or at all. That's a bummer I am glad you love this Florida weather we are having.. I wish it was cooler for Christmas. It's hard to beleive it's December. I think it's a good thing that you don't want DH anywhere near you... You will have plenty of rest and be nice and healed by the new year for that BFP!! You wont have any of those toxins in your body
Good luck to you and I hope you have a nice time at dinner tonight *with no extra bathroom breaks *

Just want to post my opinion now that I've had my TR! LOL
When I woke up in the recovery room I told the nurse that there was no way my husband was coming near me anytime soon! She laughed.
Danaka, I've got a new respect for you! You are one brave cookie! I'm two days out from surgery and can't imagine my husband even touching me much less actually doing the deed. I will be ovulating in the next day or two and I really thought we would give it a try but now I can tell that is not going to happen!
I know some ladies recover from the surgery very quickly. Unfortunately for me, I am not one of them.

Thank you ladies very much. I think I will give the tubes a week or so to heal before I try to let anything go through them (lol). Then I will get straight to the BD my DH is all for that one for sure. Says he's looking forward to the every nighters again and the lunch time ''Afthernoon Delights lol sorry(TMI). But it was to cute. God bless and lots of angel baby dust to you all.

Because every individual heals at a different rate and time, the doctors at CHTRC advise that patients can TTC as soon as they feel recovered and comfortable. For questions, please call 919-968-4656 and speak with a tubal reversal nurse .

I have to say that my recovery was nothing like a c-section . For me, it was much easier. I was sore for a few days, but never needed anything more than tylenol. Everyone heals at different rates and in their own way, so there's no way to say for sure how you'll feel. Jackie

Danaka I have never had a c/s but I can just imagine lol. This tubal reversal message board definitely shows lots of support you ladies have really inspired and gave me courage to move forward with all the positive and sometimes not so bright stories. Thank you very much. I really only took the vicodin a few times. I don't like pain killers they tend to make me sick to my stomach. So I took a lot of the motrin.. UNLESS I was in tons of pain. Have you ever had a C/S? It's much like that. I have had 3 c/s so I guess I knew what I was getting into Feb March will be here b4 you know it. We are all here.. To give support and get it. Noone understands better than all of us

Danaka, thanks girlie. I just love reading your post your such a positive person. I hope to be back in the game no longer than a week. I wish I had the courage to start right away I'm very excited. I plan on getting tubal reversal sometime in feb or march. How long was you on the pain meds? I don't want to be taking anything once I do start to TTC just to be on the safe side. I have already started to take prenatal vitamins which I bought @ sam's club back in the early summer. I can't wait to be on the other side and have my old self back. you ladies give me such needed hope. THANKS! wishing everyone BFP'S this holiday season god bless you all.

I was one of the one's that BD'd when we got back to the hotel... It was not bad, you just have to find a positions where your not stretching your incision.
I personally wish I would have waited now. I ovulated only a week later and got a BFP out of it.. (Which is awesome, I know I work YIPPEEE) I MC just a week after finding out. I have spoke with my OB and he has said it is possible I MC due to the vicodin, anesthesia and motrin and just the plain stress from the surgery on my body alone could have had a factor in it. Not saying that deff. did it bc we will never know. Your not suppose to do drugs, or take motrin when pregger so it's just something to think about. Although he has made sure to tell me that I did what was best for me in my time of recovery. I did what I was suppose to do to make myself feel comfortable *This is just my opinion. I want to make sure everyone knows I am not saying that did it. Just something that could be a possibility!

There have been some ladies that posted that they BD after getting back to the hotel after tubal surgery . I'm don't think I'll be that adventurous but I will be ovulating a couple days later so I'll probably give it a try then.

People are different. Some ladies reported having no problem BDing immediately afterward. I would have been a little afraid to try that soon. It depends on how sore you are. I didn't have tremendous pain, so by one week we were fine,
