Anyone have any suggestions on dealing with stress? I have noticed that when I am stressed out, all my symptoms/issues multiply big time... I have been writing pages and pages and pages in my journal, I have been filling my hours with tons of work either around the house or on my computer (I work virtually) but the stress seems to eat at me... Today was spent pretty much on the phone and computer with some clients - making sure my projects were turned in that I have no pending items that I overlooked, that everyone knows I will not be working the week of my TR - no problem... the kids got home, chatting, coming in and out - the dogs the same thing - my folks the same thing then I just got so blazing ticked off at everything - I literally went into my bathroom, closed and locked the door and cried.
