I most certainly had PTLS. I am right on board with you regarding your headaches, bad menstrual cycles, heavy bleeding, bleeding between cycles. I did not experience the abnormal pap smear though. I pray everything comes back normal for you next week. Having the TR surgery was one of the best decisions we have made. My body is 95% back to normal and I am able to be a better mom because of it. Wishing you many blessings!

czyr4em--Your thoughts and complaints echo the sentiments of many other women who have posted here. Please get a second opinion before you would agree to a hysterectomy. If you are considering having your tubes untied feel free to call one of our tubal reversal nurses to discuss how this may help you. Good luck with your decision. Sally,RN

I had my TL May 16Th,2003.I had just gave birth to my 3rd child and during the c-section the doctor did my TL.Shortly after the procedure I began having headaches/Migraines,really bad menstrual cycles,Heavy bleeding, bleeding between cycles, even to where I would use 1 tampon in 30 minutes which for my cycle problems birth control pills helped with the tampon in 30 minutes thing but nothing else. Now I am developing cysts.I had a pap smear that came back abnormal and I had a biopsy on August 8Th,2008 then I had a cone biopsy September 23rd,2008.Now I just had my follow up pap smear and It's another abnormal pap smear.I am not sure what will happen from here.I have my next biopsy on March 10Th,2009.I want to get my tubes untied and see if my problems stop.None of this happened until I got my tubes tied.I am having all these problems and I just know it is because my tubes are tied. The doctor said she wanted to do a hysterectomy but I am only 27.I am not ready for that.I want to try all other options before I do something that drastic.I would not recommend any woman ever getting a TL EVER!!!!!!
