I'm sorry I can not provide an answer, but I have also wondered whether ptls symptoms would return if tubes blocked. I only had 1 repairable tube so I have been extra worried about that happening. Thanks so much for posting this question, I really look forward to reading the responses you get.

For everyone who has had an HSG and have confirmed blocked tubes anytime after the reversal- Did you have any personal indication (or intuition before-hand)that they may have been blocking and that PTLS symptoms were returning again?
*cycle began to get heavier? *having a lot of clots with flow? *feel you were having hormonal issues- such as insomnia after ovulating due to low progesterone, etc. (blood supply blocked to tubes can cause all sorts of things to be out of whack)? *start having cramps at AF? *cycle began to get longer or shorter and revert to pre-TR length? *ovulation started becoming more painful? *"flooding" return? *your hair started to get more course and that you were losing more of it in the shower? *return of facial hair? *lack of sex drive? *weight gain *fits of PMS rage
Although some of these symptoms could be considered PCOS, I do not have that nor can I chalk it up to age. I would chalk it up to other hormonal imbalances if they were not coupled with other symptoms that I had post-TL. I know the symptoms that I started having immediately after the TL that I never had prior and that they all went away again within a couple cycles after the TR...but (although I have not had an HSG yet, I am curious about any correlations) I almost feel like I can pinpoint exactly when they may have finished closing up again (and the deal was done, so to speak)if the return of symptoms can be construed as any indication.
I really would like to hear from the women who have confirmed blocked tubes.
What symptoms did you start having again, if any, before a confirmed block? How long after the TR did they begin? What was the length of time that the PTLS symptoms started again and then became permanent with every cycle?
