For instance..10 different companies can have CIGNA, for example, as their provider, but cover or exclude totally different things based on how they construct their plan. State laws also play a role. For instance, MA requires Insurance to cover thinkgs like IVF. NJ does too but not for self-insured plans (there are probably other exclusions)...The best thing to do to be sure is to contact the plan directly to see if your husband's actual company plan covers TR. cassiedenapoli Member # 13065 posted                    Hi, everyone i have a question starting January I will have BC/BS through my husbands company. I've been researching for a week to see if they cover tr but I still have not found a answer is there someone out there that can help me find out thanks StephSH Member # 11919 posted                 Hi Syndie, Not all plans pay for reversals (most do not) so you will have to call your insurance company and ask them if they cover a reversal, or read your benefit booklet to see, specifically look in the "non-covered" section to see if it says reversals are not covered and also check the infertility coverage. I have to renew my health coverage Sept 1 for all my empolyees and I am adding on the extra coverage. I had no Idea that I didnt have everything that was offered. BC/BS should sent you royalties!! hehe
