The procedure code (CPT) for tubotubal anastomosis is 58750. I also have BCBS, but I was told my insurance would not cover this. I have seen where BCBS has covered it. It compltly depends on what you employer has elected to cover on their plan. You just have to call BC and ask them. hasty02 Member # 10139 posted                    Hello ladies I will be starting a new government job soon and they offer BCBS I guess it would be NC that's where the job is. Does anyone know if they cover reimbursements and what is the proper way to word the procedure or is there just codes that are used. Even if they didn\'t't pay for the whole thing something would be better than nothing. So if any have worked for BCBS or know anything about this could you please share your information.
