I've had baby names picked out for years, maybe someday I will get to use them ... it's really nice to think about. I spoke with the anesthesiologist today and had to send her some medical papers over but there shouldn't be any problems. I have a slow heart rate ... that's not such a bad thing at 41 years old ... lol! That should wrap things up ... all that's left to do is wait.
I am so glad I have here to go to. I get a lot of negative feedback from my peers and supposed friends so I just don't talk about it anymore. We were just handed a 5 day furlough at work ... it was a great thing for me because I didn't have to explain why I was taking a week off ... whew!
Everyone here and at Chapel Hill have been absolutely great! So much patience and caring, it makes me feel much more comfortable.

Stay positive and it will be here before you know it. I got bw back and everything was in range. I faxed it over this morning. Hubby and I talked all weekend of baby names. Just pondering ones we like. On Sat we went to a family baby shower and he was telling everyone about us going for it. They were suprisingly supportive. They all said great things and complimented us as parents. We truly are blessed with a great support system. Hope you are having a good monday! Jadi
I am jealous (but in good way). I have also been battling PTLS for 4 years and it has been and continues to be a nightmare. I am in the process of trying to come up with the $ to have my TR but things are not going real well with that right now. However, I am going to stay positive. I wish you all the best and I hope you get relief from this nasty monster we call PTLS. Best wishes!!!

Hi everyone ... I spoke with Julia today and went through everything ... the moment I looked at the phone and recognized the area code it sunk in ... this is finally really happening!! I have been in sort of a shock since then as it settles in. It has been a two year uphill battle but I finally see light at the end of the tunnel. PTLS ... you are on your way out of my life!!!

I am going to submit my bill to my insurance company to see if the cover anything ... they may cover some of it ... I can't get a straight answer! Then I will submit the balance to my flex account and get reimbursed. I am going to wait until December so I get back as much as I can. As you can tell ... I have put a LOT of thought into this

I hadn't heard of this option to pay for TR. Good idea!!! Many people use their flex spending acct, or tax refunds, and of course, we offer a prepayment account. We look forward to meeting you.

Angelscircleme came from trying to come up with a screen name one night and my daughter made a comment about angels all over the house (I collect them). Thanks for the compliment!

I have two children ... 19 and 21. My doctor (of course) accused me of having 'empty nest syndrome' when I inquired about PTLS ... my kids still live with me and are still very dependant so it's definately not that! I am going for PTLS relief but hoping I get a bonus
