You can send information such as your tubal ligation operative report/pathology now. That way our Dr. Berger can go ahead and review them. However, lab work needs to be done within 90 days of your scheduled surgery date. If we can assist you in any way, please let us know.

Well after you choose what Dr. you want and after he looks at your reports a nurse will call you back. She will tell you if the Dr thinks you are a good candidate. Just go from there. If you are you then need to decide how to pay for it. They have a really good pre payment plan, and if you do that then you lock in the current fee. Both doctors are the best in that field so you are assured that either way you will get the best care. I will tell you that you don't have to worry about going for surgery and them telling you that they could not do it. They will tell you upfront if they don't think you are a good candidate. I know they truly care, and are not just after money. Also they have been able to successfully repair what most other doctors were not able to.

I'm happy you ladies are answering my questions, I appreciate it very much! I know its a ways away but we are driving 20 hours there and I don't want to get there and we end up forgetting something and have to drive all the way back with not having the surgery done. I have epilepsy and already take folic acid, should I take pre-natal vitamins now or wait? Even though I have epilepsy I have 2 wonderful kids. My husband doesn't have any so thats why we are having the surgery done. Any info. would help me, thank you!!!
