I don\'t recall getting anything refunded or off, and I paid my fees upfront with the 24 hour period you\'re given. Can someone check this? I had my TR done on 8/26/08. Thank You Linda

We did this. I was a little hesitant at first, because I thought I'd have to wait months to get my appt. However, it was completely the opposite. I was able to get my appointment within one month of paying the fee. I live 3 hours from Chapel Hill, so I didn't have to worry with airfair arrangements, but this worked out well for us.

The additional $100 savings is offered on Dr. Berger's fee, which would bring the total to $5,800.00 if paid by bank wire, money order or cashier's check. All necessary information will be given to you when you schedule.

I did a Bank wire. Chapel hill will give you their account info and all you have to do is call your bank. Mine required a signature and I just faxed it in.

I was going crazy trying to figure out how I was going to get my payment there in 24hrs after making an appointment. I am using a MasterCard and i know you have to feel out the paperwork each time and send your payment. I will try a bank-wire too if that is possible or if someone can tell me how to go about doing that. I am just so excited but if you can save a couple of 100's I am down for it.

We did this with the pre-payment account. We were fortunate in that we were able to use our tax return plus DH's bonue to pay the account in full within a few months. Once we made the final payment I called and made my appointment. It was very exciting. I think most women do this in one way or another.

The reduced fee is offered with both options. The only difference being that, if you choose the pre-payment account, you cannot schedule a date until the account is paid in full. Please feel free to contact the office with any questions regarding this!

I did this. I made my appointment and then drove right to the back and payed the whole fee. You should have seen me that day running around and so excited. Miranda

I wanted to know if anyone out there is going with the reduced fee amount. I think it is a pretty good deal. I understand that you can still pay on it. But if you a schedule an appointment and they receive the payment within 24 hours you can get the reduced fee.
