Quelinda9516, You can call and reserve your surgery date at any time. We usually book up about 6-8 weeks in advance but scheduling now for April 2010 should not be problem. Please keep in mind that your pre-operative blood work should not be done more than 90 days prior to the surgery date. When you call to schedule, a nurse can go over this information with you. Let us know if you have any other questions. Martha

If your procedure is cancelled for any reason within 8-21 days of your scheduled surgery date, there will be a 25% cancellation charge. A $1,000 rescheduling fee will apply within this time frame. Rescheduling or canceling of your surgery within seven days of the surgery date, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 100% of the surgical fee. You can reschedule one time outside of three weeks without charge. Hope this helps !

I hope I am not flooding the boards with too many questions and I am placing this one on the right board! The problem is the more I read other posts, the more questions I find myself coming up with!
This question is regarding the scheduling with the possibility of having to reschedule.
In the event I were to schedule the surgery for a specific date then was not able to obtain necessary travel arrangements for that specific date and needed to change that date, would that be subject to the cancellation fees?
