The countdown has turned to hours and a few days. I am all packed just getting the finishing touches done. I can't wait to meet everybody.

My plane leaves Thursday morning and I arrive in Chapel Hill at 10:30 am and then my appt at the hospital is at 11:00 so I am going to be cutting things very close. I did talk to the staff and told them how close everything was. I am trying to clean but I am just not into it yet. I am still just shocked how fast the time has come. I work Monday thru Wednesday afternoon at noon. Then maybe I can get the rest of my work done. I am all packed, my fiance on the other hand said he will worry about packing on Wednesday. I am almose tempted to just pack him. The time has really just zipped by and it is here. I can't wait to meet you on Thursday.

OK Andrea! 6 more days! WooHoo! Seems like it's taken forever to get here and seems like it's went by soo fast, huh?
You'll be flying in from WI and I'll be driving from the east coast of NC, that morning. seems like you made out on the travel part, lol.
We will get to meet Thursday, this is soo exciting. I will be packing tonight and tomorrow and then cleaning, lol, don't want SIL to see how bad the house has gotten, lol.
One more off the calendar almost.

I know the feeling. I have a few things to put into the suitcases, but I am on a roller coaster of nervous versus excitement! I don't know what I'm going to do Monday!

I am getting excited and nervous both. I am going to finish packing my bag this weekend. Get things in order in the aparment and then I shall be on my way. I have to work Monday thru Wednesday and then I leave early Thursday morning. I can't wait.

It sounds like what we are going through is pretty common since we're all apparently wrestling with it.

The funny part, Andrea, is that working in surgery probably makes it WORSE for you... LOL.

It is nice having others to talk to who know exactly what you're going through, feeling and where you're coming from.

Hope we all get our nerves calmed soon.
