Congratulations to all of you on your weight loss and continued effort to reach your TR goal. I have found that the simplest advice someone gave me once is to walk. Walk at least a mile every day (it's easy if you have a dog ) , take the stairs, park at the farthest parking space and walk, mow the lawn etc. This sounds so simple, but anything you can do to increase your energy used, or calories burned, really works! Continued good luck!
