Devoncroix Member # 13825 posted                    So we are getting our house ready to sell because we are relocating for my dh's job. We were hoping that the money we make from selling the house would cover the surgery. Since we have only owned the house for two years there is not alot of equity. We have done quite a bit of work on it which we were hoping would help, but things were pretty uncertain because we have to sell fast, and we might have ended up just a little bit over breaking even. But today we found out that all closing costs and Realtor fees are being paid for! This means there is now a great chance of making the money for the surgery! All we have to do now is find a buyer and we live in a very popular zip code. This is some of the best news we have gotten in awhile and we are very excited!
