I have been the opposite... the cycles are so short. First one after TR was 24 days. Okay - that isn't tooo much worse than my "normal" of 27. [I think I normally ran about 27 days.] But the last AF cycle, I barely finished it and I believe I ovulated on like CD 7 or 8. That is based on CM and ovulatory pain [ovulatory pain is what I used to get PG with my four kids]. So... if that is 14 days [about] before AF, I should get AF tomorrow or Sunday for a whopping 21 or 22 day cycle. I totally feel PMS-like, too.

My TR was April 24, 2009. First cycle was 40 days, 2nd cycle was 24 days, 3rd cycle was 38 days and so far I'm on CD 27. I wish I had started paying attention to my body ahead of time too. Now I don't know when to do any testing. This is very good advice.

My cycles have been off since the TR too. Mine was on 6-16. My first cycle was 30 days and my second was 41 I'm on CD 21 right now so we'll see how it goes this month. I'm not overly concerned yet as it has only been 2 months since my TR and I'm sure it'll work itself out.
I really meant this as a suggestion to those considering or waiting for their TRs, but your responses of your experiences mean a lot to me.
I am trying to maintain an attitude about, "Whatever may be God's timing," but I admit I am fixating on it a lot more than I wanted to. I left CHTRC with good news in my tubal lengths. I think knowing how long they were is what planted the seed for me that I should TTC as opposed to just being grateful I was "fixed," and see what happens.
I am now paying attention [too much attention???] to my body and realize how out of whack it is!!!

I know what you are talking about I have only had two cycles since my TR 3/18/09, I am 26 and never had this type of problem. Before Tl I was on cycles that lasted about 28 days after Tl is was 31-33 days now I have know clue my first cycle I didn't get AF for almost 72days then the second 45 and now I am on CD 50. It is very frustrating.

momof2n2 I had my TR 5/20. I had 4 children prior to TR without even paying attention. After TR, I had 2 loopy AFs and then got BFP next month. There is hope, try not to stress and enjoy trying.

Thank you for the Advice! I have never really paid any attention to my cycles. I am now that I have scheduled my surgery. . not sure how much good that will do my surgery is in two weeks.

Your cycles are probably just a little off due to the surgery and stress. Try not to worry too much. I know it's hard. Give your body time to heal, and everything will probably fall back into place. It took me several months.

I don't know if this has been suggested here recently, but this can't ever be said too much, I believe.
If you are even considering TR, START CHARTING or just paying REALLY CLOSE ATTENTION to your body NOW!
I have four kids, two I conceived first month of trying and two I conceived second month of trying, prior to TL. I used to know exactly when I ovulated. But I have to say my body has changed. Possibly due to TL, but just as likely, or more likely due to age.
I wish I had started paying better attention PRIOR to TR. I did start keeping track of AF in January, but I didn't think to pay close attention to ovulation pain and CM and certainly never considered BBT.
Just wish I had been paying more attention BEFORE now.
TR was 7/7 and I have had two loopy cycles... I don't know which end is UP!
