CH scale weighed me at 2 lbs lighter than at home. Also be careful because they measured me at 3/4 of an inch shorter than I measured 2 weeks before. Don't think I shrunk. That alone will really mess you up. Maybe when you check your BMI, take an inch off your height to be safe.

The important thing to remember is that no 2 scales are going to be the same. So if you are close to your BMI, you need to try to lose a little more. I would hate for anyone to think that they are in the clear and get to CH and be over.. because they will not do the surgery. Good Luck! I am sure you will be fine

lol .. Cindy, I do the same thing! Naked and after I go potty first thing in the morning.
I measured only 2 lbs heavier on CH scale than I did at home, BUT, I also spent the 2 previous days living it up and eating out while we were out there .. we went to Waffle House, Red Robin, Chili's, Texas Roadhouse .. we were pigging out!! So, I am sure that probably contributed to it.

LOL TulipGarden I do the same thing... So funny! Isn't it silly how a pair of shorts can weigh 2 pounds. Well I will be hoping for that. I still will comtinue to lose the weight it only benifits me, my next pregnancy and baby

My weight on the CH scale was right where I expected it to be but maybe even a little less because I weigh myself at home with my clothes off. First thing in the morning. And after I have pottied. And before I shower. lol

I was reading a few threads and saw that some of you ladies said that the CH scale had you weighing more than at home. What I didn't see was numbers! Can anyone tell me what the numbers were if it did happen to you. Thank you very much. I have lost 23 pounds as of today and I just wanna be sure I am where I need to be per their scale
