Author Topic: Weather.. Martha, LPN Member # 12781 posted                    Typically, our temperature Lows in February are about 28 degrees and our Highs are 52 with an average around 40 degrees. Scroll down to the bottom of the second link and you'll find Chapel Hills annual temperatures listed.
