Hi Sabrina the preoperative tests that we require include: Complete Blood Count(CBC), HIV, Hepatitis B surface antigen and Hepatits C antibody. Labcorp would be fine. You can have the lab fax us the test results at (919) 869-1976, or just give us the fax number to your local Labcorp and we will fax an order for your tests. Hope this helps !

Yes, LabCorp is fine. Please call the office if you need a request faxed to them for your tubal reversal surgery labwork.

I would like to know if its fine to use LabCorp to send tubal reversal lab test three weeks before surgery,Sabrina
