Author Topic: How long does pregnacy take ..Almost 40... pkubes68 Member # 13466 posted                    I am 41 and had TR on 5/12/09. I've had 2 c-sections and after my TR my scar looks and feels better than it did before. I am still waiting for a + hpt. This is my 5th cycle trying. There are women who get pregnant fairly easy. Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones. Good Luck! islgirl Member # 13336 posted                    I am 39 years old, with a complicated gyne history. Had three normal babies by c-section, at ages 30, 31 and 34 and had T/L after the last one. Recently married at age 38 and husband has no children. Wondering how long does it normally take for pregnancy to occur after T/R. Will be 40 in July 2010 and worried about a lower success rate if it doesnt happen before then. I am also worried about opening the c/s scar a fourth time for the TR and then a fifth time for another delivery. Help! I need to hear from anyone who's in or heard of a similar situation, please.
