A cycle day 3 FSH is recommended, but not required, for women age 40 and older having tubal reversal procedures. If you can also get the AMH assay, it is nice to have as well. Perhaps more important is to use an ovulation predictor kit (OPK) in a cycle to see if you are ovulating. If so, and if you are having regular menstrual cycles, then there is certainly a chance to become pregnant after tubal reversal regardless of the FSH and/or AHM test results.

I have read and been told several different tests I should have performed to determine the viability of my ovaries/ eggs, etc. I would like to get a good idea of what tests I really should get to get a good picture of my fertility.
Which of these tests are most informative? FSH LH E2 TSH inhibin B AMH level
Do I need to get all of these levels, or just some of them? I have also seen suggestions to get a day 3 and a day 21. Do I need both or just the day 3?
