Trish - my RE warned me about spotting with prometrium. He said that the prometrium itself can cause the cervix to bleed a little. Apparently it is irritating. I took it 3 cycles and 2 of them I spotted from 7dpo until I stopped taking it at 14 and immediately got af.
Alot of laidies on here spot with early pregnancy though and implantation can happen anywhere from 6-12 dpo (or longer) and I think even the implantation might take a day or 2. I sure hope it is your month!

Here is the run down I have had 3 m/c so starting with my last cycle my dr started me on prometrium 2po. Well to start it off I o'd late possibly cd17 or cd18. I am currently on cd34 and approx 17dpo, I spotted some on Saturday and quit not even enough for a tampon. Then some brownish discharge on and off since yesterday (Sun) I took a hpt on Sunday negative. I am concerned because with my first m/c I tested because I was 1 day late it was negative then had short af. One week later I was having my hsg and they require you to test that morning for precaution, well it was positve. My question is could I be implanting late? Or is it the prometrium. I am calling my dr this morning to see what he wants to do. This is driving me crazy!! Thanks God Bless Trish
