I just got my positive result 06/12/08- had my TR on 04/29/08. The DR told me my level is 38.1 and I am approx. 4 wks along... Is this a normal level, I'm not really sure what type of levels to be expecting?

JoHannah, I'll definitely hit the store for some EPO, last month (right after my TR when it didnt matter) my CM was perfect for baby making, so it was a little irritating that it was not that way this month. Grrr..... My husband had his sperm tested before we had our TR and the nurse used the word "Awesome" so frequency is only an issue because of his working nights and my working days. It's a little hard to fit everything into four hours of a busy evening :-( Wish me better luck next month, because he doesnt do well under pressure :-) Thanks again for the info, Steph
Bad news here ladies seems AF may have fought me. I started hurting bad yesterday around 4pm but nothing. Got up with DH as he went to work ended up hurting bad and ran to bathroom. I have started spotting. Just pray for me as it is hurting bad right from the start it seems. TTYL. I am going to find some pills to take and lay down. Miranda Hope everyone has a great day.
You are very welcome. You may want to pick up some EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) for next cycle to help with fertile CM (cervical mucus). CD1-Ovulation. I was LMAO at your comment "My CM was pretty much the consistancy of rubber cement".
Futhermore, I wanted to add this info directly from the fertilityfriend website for 'Intercourse Timing and Frequency' on their FAQ's page...I have also supplied the actual and factual link for ANY clarification.
Intercourse Frequency
There has been some speculation that couples who are trying to conceive should reduce the frequency of sexual intercourse during the fertile window to increase sperm supply. This is not true for most couples. While couples with known male factor issues should consult their doctor for the best intercourse strategy, couples with normal fertility and no known sperm issues should not reduce the frequency of intercourse in the fertile window. Your probability of conception is increased when you have intercourse multiple times in your fertile window. While it is true that sperm concentrations decrease slightly with increasing intercourse frequency, frequent intercourse is still more likely to result in conception than infrequent intercourse for couples with no male factor fertility issues. Each additional act of intercourse within your fertile window increases your probability of conception for that cycle.

Thanks for the info guys!!! My CM was pretty much the consistancy of rubber cement, lol, so not promising for the little swimmers this month I guess. Well, maybe next month will be better :-) Steph
Your OPK is more reliable verses the site you referenced! fertilityfriend dot com is what I recommend in addition to your opk/fertility monitor along with charting temps etc.
You want to BD on O-3, O-2, O-1, O-DAY, AND O+1 for completeness. UNLESS, there is a male factor involved then it is recommended to BD every other day.
OPK's depending on the brand which you are using, can range from 12-48hrs to 12-72 hrs, when a TRUE (both lines being EQUAL in color or test result line DARKER than the control line) positive is detected.
"do I have it right that you are most fertile the day or two before you actually ovulate" ...YES, that is correct!
You need to also watch your CM, when you have watery or eggwhite CM, BD! Sperm can live up to 5 days, however, 2-3 days is more the avg. norm. The more fertile CM you have increases the chances of Sperm surviving longer within the reproductive tract.
Here is a link that Jenn (PaulnJenn) had composed for newbies and pre-TR patients that want to start before TR surgery. You may want to check it out as it has some relative and informative information.

Steph, according to fertility friend, it is best to BD the three days before "O". As long as you BD at least every other day (or every 36-48 hours) you should be fine because the sperm live for 3-5 days. It is suggested not to BD more than that because BDing too often can lower sperm count. I get the mittelschmerz also, but don't remember if it is right before or right after "O".
