I went yesterday to the ER and had the ultrasound done. It was right around midnight before I got out of there. Everything looks fine, the baby is definitely in the uterus. They couldn't see anything but the yolk sac because it is so early still. I was referred to the OB clinic there so I hope the residents treat me good. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers.

Joy I will keep you in my prayers. I hope everything works out and you can put your mind at ease. I do know that urgent care is usually less money here than the ER. I wonder if you print out what Dr.B calls for from his site if that would help you here. If it keeps going like this call around and find another doctor or say here\'s Dr.B's number you call him,lol. I will pray for you JoyWV! Obviously, from Northern Idaho, I'm not help on the doc front. Isn't it absolutely terrible when you have to try to convince a Dr's office of something like this? I am praying you have a happy and healthy little baby growing right smack dab in your uterus....in which time he or she is wondering what all the fuss is about!
I know this is NOTHING to mess with, and it has got to absolutely infuriating and worrisome when you KNOW you have to check where baby is and no one will help! One idea, since your #'s are so high, maybe you could just go to the ER and tell them you are at high risk for ectopic? Maybe even tell them you are cramping or if you have a significant history, mention that? I don't know, just trying to help out...I'll pray!

Joy go to the ER and say you have a little side pain and you are a tubal reversal patient and at high risk for e/p.
I had to do that last time I was pg, and they got me in quickly. They don't need to see the tube or ovary, just need to check for a gestation sac in the uterus.

I posted a while back about my doctor quitting a month after I had my reversal surgery. Now I am approx. 5-1/2 to 6 weeks OB and I am getting a run around with this same office. They claim there is no way on God's green earth that you can see anything in a tube or an ovary for that matter by ultrasound at this stage in the pregnancy. My hCG level yesterday was over 5,000. Please pray for me. I am about to come totally unglued with these hormones and getting the run around. How can they doubt what Dr. Berger says? The nerve of those people!
