Nicola, it would be best NOT to BD every day. Every other day should do the trick. You want to allow enough time for sperm to reproduce, plus, you will wear yourselves out.

Well AF came on day 29 as it has done for years. I am confused !!!!! if the OPK is correct and I 'O'd' on CD19 is this classed as a healthy luteal phase or not? CD19 is a very late O day, especially as my cycles have always been 28 days including this one.
I am temping now so hopefully will be able to verify my O day, I want to do OPK testing again, shall I start testing OPK on CD11 again (as I did this month) or shall I start to test around CD17?
My DH and I have to decided to BD every day from CD9 until CD25, lol I will be busy, thus hoping to catch my egg.
So here goes to another busy month and more testing with POAS's.

Nicola....sorry for the bfn....it doesn't mean your not preggers though...it just may be to early. Try again in a few days. I have always gotten my bfp a few days before af is due. Well thank you all for the advise and information. Unfortunately temptation took over me and I gave in and performed a HPT this morning, well as if I was expecting it it was BFN, I always get eager this time in my cycle to test I cannot help it !!! but I suspect I am not alone !!!. I will wait until 4-5 days after my AF is due (which is 3rd October) unless obviously she shows herself before hand. If AF shows what day should I start the OPK testing as I believe I o'd on CD 19/20 which if AF comes on time then is a very late O date, don't you think?, does that mean I have a problem with my luteal phase, or could the OPK's be wrong??? Once again I thank you all and will keep you posted.

I am trying not to test until the day after AF is scheduled to start, if I havent started that day. I just really dont like to see BFN and still knowing there is a chance I could be pregnant! We will see if I can wait that long hehe

Nicola...I am a late "O" usually between CD 18-22. If you "O"d on CD 19 or 20, then AF should not arrive until CD 32-35 if your luteal phase is good. Sounds like your cycle may be a little longer than regular this cycle. You just had TR in June, so your first few cycles can be longer than normal - some women never return to their pre-TR cycle lengths. Just remember that whenever you "O", you usually cannot test for pregnancy earlier than 10 days post ovulation - very very few women get positives before 10 days and most don't get positives until 12-14 days past. Good luck and I hope AF stays away and you get your BFP!

Nikkojay I would say wait until you are due for AF unless you really want to try to test now. Even if you get a neg. now doesn't mean your not cause sometimes it won't show up until you are late. I took one a week after my af was due and it was neg and then I took another one a week and a half after my af was due and I got a pos. I am now 17 weeks pg. I wish you the best. Hope there is a little bean

I would take a test today or tomorrow.Good luck maybe you did o late some people due.Im a 27 or 28 day girl and I o any were from cd9 to cd14 so I really don't know.I don't due the opks no more I just trying to let nature due its thing.I had my tr in april 2005. I have had two bfp one was a m/c and the other was a e/p.My tubes are open I had a hsg done so know I just wait for my bfp.

Morning ladies, my name is Nicola and I read the board every day and I have learnt alot from the information given. I do not post very much, but would like some help !!! I have 28 day cycles and started this month using OPK's my first test being on day 11 using Clear Blue Easy (the ones were you get a smiley face if positive) having used the 7 tests provided I received no such face and had to purchase a further set of tests. Unfortunately as I live in Qatar I could only obtain a brand I had never heard of "Acon" but used them anyway, on CD18 the test line was 'almost' the same colour as the control line, but on CD19 the test line was definitely darker, so I assume that was my positive, meaning that I 'O'd on CD20 ?? but the test the next day was just the same, is it possible to 'O' this late in my cycle, I am so confused, my head is full of 'what if's' what if I 'O'd earlier than CD11 before I started to test, or what if the Clear Blue Easy tests were wrong, my head is spinning. I have only just started to take my BBT so I have nothing to compare with. We have been BD'ing every other day since CD11 and now I am 4 days until my AF, do I give in to temptation and do a HPT? or should I wait until tomorrow or even Friday when AF is due? I appreciate your advise
