After researching what subchorionic bleed means this is what I found out:
is a gathering of blood between the membranes of the placenta and the uterus. A more technical name is the chorion. Some doctors will also just refer to it as a blood clot
My Doctor said I am in the phase called "threatened miscarriage" because there is still that chance even though it is slim.

Well, I had my monthly check up today...everything went fine. I'm measuring 23 weeks and I'm suppose to be 22 1/2 weeks, so I'm right on target! The doctor said they wouldn't likely let me go beyond 39 wks gestation for whatever reason (something to do with my age AND my historically FAST deliveries) That would back me up to 2/20 but I guess we'll see how things go. I go back in 4 weeks for my 1 hour Glucose Tolerance Test which I hope comes back ok! That's also about the time I want to do a 3d/4d ultrasound!
Thanks for all of the birthday wishes! I had a wonderful weekend with Family & Friends! I ate WAY too much and then had my weigh in! UGH...I know I can diet while PG, but I felt SO huge stepping onto that scale!
This is my last week of volleyball...then I'll be moving my sluggish body into the gym to try to stay in some sort of shape!
I hope everyone had a great weekend and it looks like there's a tie between the Boy and Girl teams so far!! Keep those updates coming!

Well we got a good look at a little rear end LOL Hopfully next week we'll see. On Nov 6th I get the amnio and another sonogram so we'll see. Baby is fine, so all is good. Healthy as a horse so I guess I can wait another week.
Lanie, I can tell you I have days I feel like a 90 year old woman. hobbling along, too tired to get anything done. You aren't alone LOL yeah the pulling of the lower side tendons in my belly that happened late in my young pregnancies, are here, LOL they started at 2 1/2 months! I'm still trucking along with the help of my kids it's all ok. I've got it easy mine are 12 and 8.
Lori I don't know what that is, maybe that's what I had? They never bothered looking into it with me, there wasn't much to be done so early but wait it out and rest as much as I could around working. DD is fine and good and 8 years old. If you find anything more out on it let us know.
Today I was told I have a subchorionic bleed. I spotted very little at 7 weeks which is why they did an ultra sound and then yesterday I started spotting again. I went to the Dr and he told me this is why I am spotting. He used the Doppler and we did hear our babies heartbeat but this subchorionic bleed really worries me. Have any of you heard of this or have had it? The Dr seems to think it will go away on its own after my 1st trimester is over. Lori
I came on here faithfully the first few months after TR and learned so much from everyone, thought I would come back on, if for nothing else we all have lil people to already take care of (or kinda bigger people lol) and are hobbling along now. I dont remember having so many aches and pains...guess that comes with being a "more mature person now" heeeeee
