Definitely feeling like a stuffed turkey. I actually dont even feel hungry. I have this baby's head right up in my stomach so I guess that's why. I really hope that he/she flips really really soon. Im feeling alot of anxiety about that. Ive never dealt with a late flipper or breech baby so.... I think Im also starting to feel more emotional these days. When I was reading our thread, it hit me that our winter mama's are starting to have babies now and I actually got tears in my eyes. What a goofy!! Its just so nice to think that we are already starting. It seems like not that long ago I was reading this stuff because I was waiting to have surgery and I wondered what my chances of getting pregnant really truely were. This has really been such a whirlwind. How incredibly blessed we all are... I am off to try and find an outfit or two to wear to all the upcoming Christmas party's and things. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! We got 10cm of snow last night, I LOVE IT!! Very Christmassy and I am a HUGE Christmas fanatic!! Roxanne

Roxanne, I felt that way til the moment I had gabriella. there was a 9 year difference between my tl and when I hadmy TR. It all seemed like a dream to me until I had her. well, it really hit me at the shower. but even so, i know what you mean. its VERY real girl ! Lynn, I told you between you and Karen the race is ON! i believe she's already had Natalie but we'll see. You must be so anxious excited and everything all wrapped into one. I am for you girl! Please ask dh or someone to post for you and let us know on wed how things went and a pic would be sweet! Here's to a fast and easy l&d for you. Our prayers are with you! I want someone to post a 3d u/s pic..LOL! is there a reasoon they are so conserned about a vback for you? was it the type of cut you had with your prior? I had a c with my 2nd baby backk in 91 and the rest after her were all vbacs. they said b/c of the type of cut i was ok for vbacs. just curious. Its now 12 23 am and here i sit again not being able to sleep but I have the strangest feeling all day today that when I do go to the drs on wed. she is going to tell me we'll be going in earlier then planned. as I have said before, it only scares me b/c Gabriella was so tiny and they thought she'd be bigger. i just i am just begining tp get the "what if i go earlier then planned c?" jitters. after all, this is my 7th baby. well, I am going to try to get some kind of sleep tonight. I know my bladde4r has shrunk down to the size of DJ's right about now, but I bet he can hold it longer.LOL and I am up anywhere between 5-10x's through the night.so i am going to go one more time b4 i hit the bed and see what happens from there. ok, question.....why the extra u/s if you are doing a vbac? I am still trying to decide about a repeat c-sectin or a vbac. My doctor is supportive of a vbac. My TR#1 baby is 18 months old and was born ue to a car accident (hence, the c-section).

Lynn! So exciting!! We can't wait to hear all about it and see some pictures of your new son.
Roxanne: I know what you mean. Here I am at 36w and I am still not believing this. We just got a car seat today! I am finally packing my hospital bag too.
My best friend sent me an email and she said she cannot stop looking at Sara's last 3d u/s pictures and thinking how amazing this all is. How she wouldn't be here if not for the TR. I am SO THANKFUL this Thanksgiving for the team at Chapel Hill and Dr. Berger's skill.
As for me I have an appt. tomorrow with a NST and then another 3d u/s on Wednesday. I am trying for a VBAC so that is why I am getting all of these lovely 3d u/s!

Hi Ladies...Just checking in!! Today I feel very very pregnant!! Not that I havent felt this way for many weeks!! I just feel really really waddly and noticed I had to take quite a few breaks while out shopping today, to just lean on the cart and rest my poor aching back. I was even offered a chair to sit on when I was in the hardware store...wow...I must really be looking big and tired. Im getting worried that its going to be really hard to get through the Holidays. I am quite the Christmas fanatic, I put up 3 trees and change every room in the house into a Christmas/winter wonderland so it is really going to be alot of work. I am very thankful for an amazing DH. He is already massaging my feet and back every night, now he has also taken on doing all the Christmas stuff!! He knows my love for Christmas!! OH how I wish I did this Christmas shopping when I was just a little smaller in the belly, I was too darn busy going baby shopping crazy!! Anyhoots...I had a little question for anyone who wants to answer...I find that quite often I will all of a sudden be hit with the realization that I am pregnant and going to have a baby!! I am huge and the baby moves and Ive seen it on ultrasound and I have clothing and room ready and tons of baby things. But its like its still all so sureal. Sometimes I'll be sitting there and all of a sudden think OMG I am going to go into labor one day, not so far away. I am going to have a baby. Its a little freaky!! My youngest is 14 so its been a long time. I just wonder if its all still very sureal to anyone else. Hope everyone is having a great evening! Roxanne

Hi mom2be! How are you feeling? I'm so glad you checked in and gave us an update. I completely understand what you mean by not liking the aches and pains, but taking them anyway you can in stride knowing that something good is coming out of it all. Holding that precious lil boy with all be worth it in the end Sorry you are going through such a hard time with the dr's. that completely stinks. as far as your theme, I would look in the craft store and such to see if they have the pattern so you can do your own. I know its tough, but i did that for all of my old kids one summer, made everything from bedding to pillows to curtains, they loved it. I know for a fact they sell bumper batting so all you's have to do is make the fabricric into a long sleeve to wrap it so to speak. well, good luck! and take it easy. hi mommies how r u all, its been a while, but i see everyone doing great and im happy 4 u all. as for me i had a great start but every things turning for the worse lately since im beginning my 3rd trimester. im seeing a 3rd different doc now, because the first doc didnt perform the necessary tests to be taken in a timely manner and the second dr was too personal by asking why i wated another baby after 13 yrs and she not knowing my condition or wishes straigt out said she would only do a c sec on me because of my tr and previous c sec which i did research and learned that i was able to deliver by vbac, then since im 37yo i had to have extra tests performed which wasnt so bad but on the last dr visit i learned that i now have gestational d. thank god i never had a craving with this preg. i though i would be able to get around more, but now im beginning to get these spasms down my legs from my hips when i sit too long and lay in bed over 20mins, and thats when i feel my uterus pop OUCH. im still happy to be preg and would do it again, so im not complaining its just that i dont remember feeling this way 13 yrs ago with my last preg. my dh is still very supportve thank god. everyday when i look in the mirror i just smile i say thanks to god for this blessing.it seems like just yesterday when i used to c preg women and hope i was in their same condition. mu husband coworker gave us 3 bags of baby clothes and now i go thru them over & over just to look at the newborn the shirts and socks because theyre just too cute. i found out were having a boy so were naming him christopher like his dad, this is my dh first son. well this week is my 29th week and in a way i cant wait but then again i love being preg dispite all the pain and aches ha ha ha I know it sounds crazy but im quite sure some of you can relate. we plan to work on the nursery next month, our theme will be cat in the hat. I cant seem to find a the bedding with our theme, any advice?

Hey Jess, this is Lina. Just wanted to let you know that we are having are pregnancy induced on 12/23. We are moving it up a week because my hubby works on the road and I really want him to be here. He is working 8 hrs away so I am hoping she doesn't decide to come earlier than the 23rd. I have so many 3d ultra sound pics but I dont know how to attach them. Well 29 days to go. Well, I only have an hour to go of collecting all this (ha, ha) pee. I think I might have 600 ml in 24 hours, I'm just glad my kids didn't mistake it for iced tea lol. Karen: Yesterday they put me in a l&D suite to monitor me, and all the equiptment was set up. you know the bassinet and warmer, all the blankets, god my heart just clenched up with anticipation. I know that I is don't want to think about the pain of labor, but, it is so worth it all. I can;t wait to hold this precious baby and for you and everyone else to get that feeling when you get to the hospital and it all full steam ahead. good luck and god bless you and Natalie tommorrow maybe the babies will be twins after all, we shall see...

nope,nope nope... no such luck. Spent all day at the hospital on monitors and finally came home have to go back tonite, I have been doing a 24 hour urine collection so check total protein. then I have to go back tomorrow for another nst. So, no BEN yet, sorry to worry you all.Good luck tomorrow Karen. Send us news as soon as you can.

Still nothing from Lynn?? She must have had that baby!! Well I am a nervous wreck girls, last night all I could do was cry haha I felt like I was going nuts. I don't know whats gotten into me. I start calling the hospital tonight at 6... I can't believe this is happening!!!
