Tara,
I am so sorry that the ol witch found you. I have read it on here a bunch of times, that when you stop trying your body and mind are free of the stress and it happens then. So I will keep 'secretly' sending baby thoughts your way.

Also, my son is graduating this year as well, and I never realized how much there is to do. Getting a boy motivated to apply for college, financial aid, etc and to give me deadlines BEFORE the day something is due is proving to be a challenge for us. :-) So, if your daughter is anything like that you will have TONS to keep your mind off of TTC.

Take care and we will miss you!!

Good Morning Ladies,
Well the old wicked witch is here. I am really bummed out.I am going to be taking a long break from the board.I dont think having another child is in the cards for me.I know it takes a while but my biological clock is ticking loud and clear.I am just tired of getting my hopes up to be disappointed. So I am just going to focus on myself and my kids. My son graduates this year and my daughter will be next year so I will be busy helping them. I hope eveyones dreams come true as far as getting a BFP.You all will be in my prayers. Its been a great journey with you guys . Good luck everyone.

Good Morning Ladies,
Can anyone tell me if while taking clomid did your cycle change. I have gone from 28 day cycle to a 30 day. I was just wondering. AF is still MIA. Hoping for a miracle. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed. No symptoms.

Hey Roxann - just popping in to answer your question. Marie is my middle name. My mom said she saw "Lisa Marie" on a placemat, and said that would be my name! So...I'm named after a place mat. [Wink] I was born before Lisa Marie Presley - by just a couple of months. So, she's just turning 41 this month.

I will be thinking of you all!

Ronda...I'm speechless [Frown] The only good thing like you said was that at least it was with the blocked tube, now that it is removed you will not have to worry about it. Your other tube is wide open!!! So get busy [Wink]

Lisa.... Good Luck to you on Monday! I pray the right side is the winner! [Smile]
I have always wanted to ask if your name is Lisa Marie??? I love that name and Lisa Marie Presley's music. She totally inheriate her dance moves from her dad when she sings!!! She can't keep that leg still!!! lol

Tara...Keep us posted on your progress [Smile]

Steph....How are you doing?

Sharon...First off Welcome to the board [Wink] , Secondly, I'm so sorry for your loss. Thirdly....... You made me laugh with your story about directions!!!! [Smile]
Keep us posted on your journey.

Jen.....Hard to believe how time flies by! She is growing so fast. Keep us posted on every little thing Oliva does...we are her Aunts you know!

Now about me, Well my temp is dropping so only to expect AF tomorrow? Then I will schedule my lap soon. My new RE only does it on every Tuesday.....So if I were to start tomorrow CD1 it would happen on CD10 for me. He did say that having C-sections could have caused some damage with scar tissue and that might be the reason my cervix is pushed over to the left! All I can say is that I can't wait to have it done to finally find out what is wrong with me! Sorry my post is so long but I wanted to catch up with all of you [Smile]

Were are all of the other June girls??? MIA!!! Please report soon!

Luv ya,
Roxann

[Big Grin] Thank you for the laugh, Sharon! I hope you'll keep us posted on your progress.

Jen (aka "chart stalker")- that would be fun if we could all get our BFP's close together. Thank you for sharing Olivia's milestones.

Babydust to the rest of us!

HCG test #3: 21. My levels are still dropping. Dr asked that I come back in one week to have another hcg done. Hopefully, I will be at 0 by then. He said that we should wait until I have my next normal cycle before ttc again.

On a lighter note: Funny story at the dr office today.. our doctor has a very funny sense of humor - we like it and him.

Dr: Well, the bad news is your fertilized egg couldn't read the map God gave it and didn't make it to your uterus. The good news is that everything works. Egg met sprm. You did get pregnant.

Mike: Well at least we know it was a girl.

Puzzled look on the dr's face.

Mike continues: You said it couldn't read a map, so it must have been a girl.

Me: Hey! How do you know for sure it was a girl? Maybe the little bugger just wouldn't stop and ask directions!

Hey all!! Holy cow at what I have missed the last week or so of not being on here. Ronda and Sharon thinking about you both and I just cant help but saying Wow again! Sharon, I am so glad that you popped in and shared your information with us. We are always thinking of all of the June ladies and hope that you and others will keep checking in.

As for me, staying busy to say the least. Your June niece is getting big and is teething already. She holds her head up really well now and after her 4 month old doctor's appointment on the 17th we are going to start more solid foods for her because she eats....alot!

Roxann- Thanks for posting your chart. Now I have two charts to stalk (yes Lisa, I still stalk yours on a regular basis LOL). I am crossing everything that the early O is a good thing for you.

Lisa- to answer your question, yes I have thought about #2 so that Olivia has a sibling that is close to her age. I have to wait a few more months though because the Dr. said we had to wait at least 6 months. So, maybe we can all get those bfps and go through it together :-) I am going to go off the pill next month and hopefully be able to drop my last 15 pounds of baby weight so that when we start trying again I can at least be back at the weight I was when we got pg with Olivia.

Shelia, Tara, and all the June 07 ladies- thinking about you and sending tons of babydust your way!!!

Take care all,
Jen

Hi Ladies!!

Sharon, WOW! I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you've had recently, please keep us posted. Your situation reminds me of mine a bit, which by the way is still not over.

Last Tuesday January 27, I woke up around 5am with left lower abdominal pain. Laid in bed for about 45 minutes trying to go back to sleep since I didn't have to be up until 6:30. I couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up and wrote a couple of papers for one of my classes that day. The pain wasn't going away, so I took 600mg of Ibuprofen, got ready and went to my 9am class. I was not comfortable at all the entire class period, so after the class was over I made arrangements for my afternoon class with my professor.
I went to a local hospital where I was examined, gave a urine sample, blood was collected, and an I.V. was started. The PA that had examined me came and told me that I was pregnant. I couldn't believe it!! I had no idea!! I wasn't keeping really good track of my cycles because I really didn't need to and couldn't really remember when my cycle started in December, but had a rough idea. In January I had a day of spotting that I thought was VERY odd, so I checked my calendar and thought that my cycle might be late and took a pregnancy test which was negative. January 12 I had what I thought was the start of a period that was a little late and short.
On January 27 at the hospital, my HCG was 1148. A pelvic / trans-vaginal ultrasound showed what appeared to be a pregnancy in my left tube and free fluid in my pelvis. My left tubes was diagnosed as blocked by HSG in March '08. My OB/GYN was on call at a different hospital, so I was transferred by ambulance to that hospital. Once there, I discussed my concern of there potentially being a viable pregnancy in my uterus since my HCG wasn't really high enough to show anything by ultrasound at that point. My doctor agreed to monitor me through the night and see what happened.
Needless to say, my pain got worse and I ended up going in for surgery at 2am on Wednesday January 28 and my left tube was removed due to rupture from ectopic pregnancy. I'm okay with the removal of the tube because I thought it was blocked any way and it could potentially cause an ectopic again. The morning of my surgery, an HCG level was drawn and was lower than the first one, but I don't know what the number was. I had my blood drawn this past Tuesday February 3 and my HCG was at 30.
I've done 4 pregnancy test since my surgery and they keep coming back positive. I bleed from Saturday to Tuesday following the surgery and not real heavy either. I have to have blood work done again next week to make sure that the HCG gets to 0. My concern is why did it take so long for the bleeding to start once the ectopic pregnancy was removed and why is it taking so long for my the HCG level to get to 0?!
At any rate, I am recovering and hopeful that things will work out in there own time. This was the biggest shock of my life! I wasn't trying to get pregnant at all. I honestly think there is something to trying too hard and pregnancy not happening.

So, relax ladies!! It WILL happen, just not when you're trying so hard!!
Take care everyone.

[Love] Ronda

I haven't been on the board in over a year. I had my TR done in June 07 and we have been on and off TTC since then. I had an HSG done in Sept 08 that showed the right tube open, left tube blocked. Started clomid in November, but my doctor only recommends taking it every other month, so we skipped Dec. In January 09, I kept waiting for my cycle to start. At 1 day late I tested - BFN. At 5 days late I started... went for 5 days which is long for me. Stopped for 1 day then started again, bright red. Called my doctor on day 7 and was told that it could just be that my cycle was re-adjusting. On day 9 I called back and he asked me to come in. Still bleeding and still BFN. Retested on Day 11, spotting and BFN. Day 12 went to the ER because of severe abdominal pain and the bleeding had started heavy again. ER Dr did a pelvic ultra sound and another HCG test. This time the test was BFP but levels were really low 32.9, but nothing showed in my uterus and my tubes were perfectly clear. They didn't see any cysts on my ovaries either. Went back to my OB on Tuesday this week to have another draw (3 days after the draw at ER). Results yesterday, still BFP but levels had dropped to 31.1. My Dr had previously said that he thinks I miscarried but that my levels should have dropped much more than they did in 3 days, so I am going back today to have another draw. I should have my test results back tomorrow (Friday). I'm tired...

Good to hear from you Roxann - wow, to read your journey...and to think we are soon to be coming up on our 2-yr anniversary! One of us has to get something soon!

So, wow...you O'd on the 5th day?? I'm not sure I've heard of that before. Can that be regulated somehow? I hope your laproscopy goes well - i'll be looking forward to hear from you on that.

I'll be going in on Monday for folicle study, and hope for something on the right side, and then we plan to try another IUI, if the scan looks good.

I'll post results.
