Author Topic: Anyone tried Metformin w/ or w/o Clomid? Jennifer K. Member # 7884 posted                    Amber, I did 1500 mg of Metformin along with Clomid. The first month I did 50 mg of clomid and got pregnant. Unfortunately, it ended in a miscarriage. Ultimately, I did 6 cycles of Clomid and Metformin and it was the 6th cycle that we got pregnant with Lydia Grace. I think I was on 150 mg of Clomid that cycle. I was monitored with a midcycle ultrasound at CD14 to confirm folicle size/growth and a trigger shot of HCG. HTH. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Good luck!
