Dr.Berger did my surgury on Sept 7, 2006! My Berger Baby is 8 months old. [Smile]

Dr.M wasn't at CH yet, I would have considered either had he been available but I'm completely satisfied with my results! Long tubes and a Berger Baby!

I had my TR with Dr.Berger 1-10-08 and had my TR baby November 24th 2008. He is a wonderful man, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Monteith but I have read wonderful things on him as well.

Dr. Berger did mine on April 4, 2005. I had my TR baby on January 27, 2006. Anyone that did a fellowship with Dr. B has to be wonderful too.

Mine was done by Dr B. Back in 06 when he was the only one doing them. But I hear Dr M is just as good.

My surgury was done. Aug 22, 2008 by Dr. M. I got a BFP in Sept but resulted in m/c. Everyone there was wonderful. Good luck!

My surgery was done by Dr M on 7/30/08. We waited one cycle, as recommended, and then I got a BFP.

I think he does a fabulous job.

Well Jennifer I had my TR performed by Dr. M I agree with everyone I think they are both great at what they do. Best of luck

Dr.Berger has performed over 7000 tubal ligation reversal procedures during his 30+ years in practice and Dr. Monteith has performed more than 200 tubal reversals since joining Dr. Berger in January 2008. He began full time practice in reversing tied tubes at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center in the summer of 2008 following seven years in the practice of high risk obstetrics and advanced gynecologic surgery. Dr. Monteith has completed a microsurgery training course at the Cleveland Clinic and a six month fellowship in tubal ligation reversal surgery with Dr Berger. The practice performs surgery every day. Presently, Dr. Monteith does not do surgery on Fridays. If you have any further questions please give our office a call.

Hi, I believe they both work every day (m-f) unless they are on vacation and they each do 2 cases per day. Before Dr. M, Dr. B did 4 cases per day.

Dr. M did my surgery and he is a great doctor all the way around. You don't find many who are both skilled AND have a good bedside manner.

I don't think you could go wrong with either one.

i had mine done by Dr B he was the only one when i had my tr april 25 2007!!!! But i wouldnt change that for the world....

Dr.Berger did mine. But that was because I went while Dr.M was not yet doing them on his own. From what I have hear both doctors are great. Dr. Monteith has had ladies getting bfp's very soon after he started doing TR's on his own. I wish you all the best.

Dr.Berger done my surgery..But Dr. Monteith came in and looked at my U/S for me. They are both very nice..

I'm just curious as to who had Berger/Monteith perform their surgery?. When I first looked into CHTRC there was just Dr. Berger, but I see he now has a partner. Do they both work M-F or just certain days?
