welcome GreatPaMom. I am also from Pa. and I am scheduled for my tr on August 27th. We are not far apart.lol I do not post much myself but I do read the board everyday. I have learned so much from the women here. Good luck to you.
Your surgery is just around the corner!!! We can't wait to see you! Please contact our office with any last minute changes in your travel plans, RA, or current medications.

GreatPAMom , welcome to the board! Everyone is very helpful here and trust me if you get confused about charting or anything after your Tr they will be able to help!
I wish you the best on your surgery. Mine was in June 2001 and I still remember how i felt when I was on my way to have it:) Take care and yes, your right you are in very good hands:)

Thank You everyone for your kind words. Sorry it took me so long to reply back. I have been so busy with life in general. I did pay my prepayment plan in full and i am schedule for August 17th. I am very nervous about how my appointment will go. I know i have nothing to worry about because i know i am in good hands.

make a payment plan with chtrc that way once u send the money u can't touch it .I know it's hard if it's in ur reach ..that's what I thoughtI was gonna have to do but God showed me where we had money envested that was forgotten about my TR was 3-24-09
I've just recently started posting too. I joined the forums a while back but didn't do too much until my husband has firmly decided he would like to try to have a child of his own. Now that we know for sure we want the surgery I have been reading everyday.
I'm hoping to have my surgery either the end of summer or we will wait until November. I've got about 20 pounds I need to lose before I can have the surgery and my husband is a Volleyball coach so he isn't available to travel from September until the middle of November.
Most likely we will have the surgery in November. I've been doing OK with the weight loss but I seem to keep dipping into the "surgery" fund.
This is a great support group '' We have the waiting room and if you are trying to work on loosing a few pounds '' Weight loss and support is also a great tread to follow ""

I have been reading this board for the last 2 years, but visiting the web site for the last 4. I just started my prepayment plan this year and plan on having my TR done this year if i can keep the weight off. I just wanted to say hi to all you ladies. I have been on this board so much lately i feel as if everyone of you are a part of my family.
