I was very bloated for over a week after surgery. i went up about 7-8 pounds, but then started having normal BM's and returned to normal. It was pretty miserable for those days, but hey....it's OK!!!!

I had my surgery on the 22nd and look like I am 5 months preggo. My face is also a little swollen. I did notice today and yesterday that I am urinating more frequently and longer. I don't see a change in my stomach yet but hopefully the bloating will go away soon. I just wear loose clothing to conceal it.

The flight home took its toll on me. My feel looked like potatoes, my knees and ankles had no bones in them. The swelling disipated completely within 3 days. Abdominal swelling took about 7 days, lived in yoga pants, sweats, drawstring jammies for that period.

Mine was 11 days ago and I felt swollen but only had swelling you could see in my legs. I was sleeping on my stomach less than a week later. It will probably be the best thing you did for yourself.

I was swollen in my abdomen, but the worst was my legs and feet. The airplane rides and being in the car did not help. I was up 8 lbs after the surgery but dropped it all in about a week. I still do have a tiny pouch near my incision site, but I no longer look puffy. I had surgery 12 days ago.

I had swelling, but I didn't look pg. I think everyone swells to different degrees if they swell at all. I can say that it is well worth it. It will be gone in a few days. I would think no more than a week. Good Luck on your TR and much babydust.

Hi ladies. God willing, I will be having my TR on Tuesday ( yay!)and I wanted to know if all the ladies feel/look swollen and bloated after TR? I've seen a few posts lately that the ladies said the look "pregnant" after TR. Is this common for all or some of the ladies? How long does it take to get back to normal? Best wishes and may God bless every1, Vivian
