Hi Ladies! I haven't read or posted in ages, but I took the time to look at the pictures and some of the previous threads to see how all the babies and mamas are doing! You ladies all have gorgeous babies, and I'm so glad to hear all of them seem to be healthy and well!
Christbride, April, Heather, Joy, Tasha, Jennifer, Tia...you all have your babies, and it was great to read how they have blessed you!
I had our baby on Wednesday June 3rd, after having my water broken because I was overdue. The birth was wonderful and super fast once it began. We got home yesterday morning, and I have been bawling tears of joy ever since, LOL! He feeds like a champ and my milk is in in full effect..
His name is Henry Thomas, and he was 8 lbs 10 oz and 21" long. His head was 14.5, so that was a great feat, as well! His brothers and sisters are in love with him, and me and daddy still marvel at the little life we tried so hard to prevent from being born with the TL.
We are thankful and healthy and I am just so happy for all the ladies of this thread who have their much anticipated little ones! I won't be posting on this site, other than this birth announcement, but if you'd like to reach me, I'd love to stay in touch! sinnerforgiven at live and then the dot com.
We have a photo album full of pictures of Henry. You can find that at theroltgenfamily dot shutterfly dot com
You ladies take care, love those little ones, and I will pray for continued blessings and health for you and your families!

Hi ladies, seems like it has been forever since I have been on here. Madi is doing great! She will be 8 weeks old on Monday, and getting her shots. My other kids are out of school and in soft ball and base ball and t-ball so it has been crazy. I would love to have another baby, but I don't know if my DH is upto it. He says no, but he is soooo good with Madi, I think he would love to have another one in time. Hope you all have a great weekend!

Christbride, I am not at all worried about them breaking. I quess because I don't use them that often. If you don't like them use the plastic ones. I used plastic with my first son and nothing happen to him and he is now 16. But I just wanted you to know what the experts was saying about plastic.
Hello eveyone I will check in tomorrow and reply. I must get some sleep. tasha

The bottles that I like are The First Years Breastflow bottles. My BF babies have liked them. Good luck on the bottle think I am too afraid of using glass with 6 kids 8 and under. Although she has only had a bottle maybe 3 times and will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. I hope everyone is doing well. It seems like this thread is dwindling with everyone taking care of there babies.

Tasha -- I'll be in Ft. Lauderdale from the 14th - 19th. I live just outside of DC.
Christbride -- I haven't had any break. They sell covers that would protect them from breaking. I guess everyone has their preference...I feel glass is easier to clean and sterilize. Now, when Nick is old enough to hold his own, I'll probably move to plastic.
I know what you mean about TR baby No. 2. I would love to have one more, eventually. DH is really surprised at how time consuming, expensive and lack of sleep they are since this is his first. I am way out of practice too, almost 13 years.
I use the Evenflo bottles, they are plastic. I seen some called munchkin too that are glass. I would think that either way you have to wash them and boil them to sterilize them.
i am really debating if tr baby #2 is in the cards for me. i don't want to wait too long like with all the others 6 years and 9 years apart, but i don't know if i want another one, even though i don't like odd numbers. if being a stay at home mom was in the cards for me now, i would have the last one right away and get it over with.
Tasha, no i can't log on and see Harmony at daycare. it is an in-home daycare and she only keeps 3 kids (including harmony). About the bottles, have you had any to break (that is my biggest concern with glass bottles).
