Ihave – wow you really dropped all that preg weight QUICK! Hope MJ is doing well!
Dawn – Glad the shower went well! It is so great to see friends and family and be able to celebrate such a miracle! My Bday was in May and I had the hormonal preg thing going on too. No one in my house even remembered it was my bday! Not the thing to forget when I am pregnant!
I am hanging in there. SO ready to have this little girl! Went to the Dr yesterday and he checked my cervix…long/high/closed I am also still measuring smaller almost 38 weeks and measuring 35 weeks. I go tomorrow for an u/s to get an estimated fetal weight. My 32 week u/s had me on track to have an 8lb baby, but because I am measuring so small the Dr. wants to know if that was accurate. I can only try to deliver vbac if she is under 7.5 pounds. So I guess after tomorrow’s u/s we should know more. Dr is on vacation starting Monday until July 31 too…as much as I want her out, I want him to be the one to deliver her so she needs to hang on until he is back!
How is everyone else doing? Pop in with updates ladies!

Good evening ladies, Update: Birthday on Saturday was terrible.. Hormonal arguements all day.. lol Sunday was my baby shower and it went beautiful. I received so many gifts for Zachary and it was wonderful to see my whole group of family and friends for the day. We had so much fun and talked for hours. And I can now say that the nursery is complete and we even got our Cord Blood Banking stuff in the mail yesterday. We are ready when he is..
I had Dr. appointment today and he was concerned I might have been starting labor. I've had terrible braxton hicks, leaking small amounts of fluid, and lots of lower back pain. So they hooked me up to monitors in his office and they were going to send me up to L & D because their machine wasn't working.. Well I was getting scared to death, but then the machine started to work and found no contractions. He did exam and said cervix is high and closed, everything is all "false labor" So he said get plenty of rest, stay off my feet and just take it easy for the next few weeks.. LOL He said if I was working out of the home it is time to stop.. I laughed and said I've been stay at home mom since I became pregnant this time and I work harder here than I do when I'm working construction.. LOL I go back in 2 weeks and he is doing another NST in his office.

danelle- It wont be long now... Just make sure and do a double check on everything before you do in. Girl I am now 18dpp and i am still trying to get caught up cause i thought it was done but UHHHHH no as i am learning now... My RN who came out to the house told me the pit. they give you to start labor will cause excess swelling as well, Mine has just now left my body...woooo-hoo MJ kept me up last night almost all night he had a belly acke and it was cause how much he is eating and not going #2.
I started back on my diet to loose the excess weight i have in the front area. And cause on thursday i weighted myself while at the Dr. well to my surprise i am 150 pounds. that is saying alot cause the monday before i went in to have MJ i was 178 pounds. so for that i am greatful.
On saturday i cleaned my intire house and Sunday we straited up what was left. House is clean and finished all my laundry but wow can the baby use alot of clothes...
amy- i am going to send you a email on this as well cause i know you are busy tooo, but do you have hedi's email address still i would love to speek w/ he about RJ and see how things are aside from the update she left on here... How are things with the baby and you having the c-ses.?

Suey, I can SOOOO relate to the swelling!! I am swelling and experiencing such extreme numbness in my hands it is crazy! I never had this with my other children. Safe to say no pregnancy is like any other! There is a light at the end of the tunnel we are almost there!!! Hang in there and keep us posted on how you are doing!! HOME STRETCH!!!!
Hope all the new mommies are doing great! Can't wait to join you!! I am due the 27th but if she hasn't come by Aug 3rd I will be induced on that Monday....oh I CANNOT wait!!

Sorry I have been MIA for a few days... This little man is really giving me a heck of a time, the swelling is so bad... I am going to go get ted hose I think they are called to try and help (LETS HOPE THEY DO) I go back to the doctor on Tuesday and I am planning on her taking me out of work I just cant do it anymore I wanted to work right till the day he I had him but its impossible at this point my legs, feet and hands swell 3 times worse while I am working. Also this week alone I have missed 2 1/2 days out of 5 so its pointless now. I have had to go in to see if there were blood clots again and none they cant figure out why its so bad. I have gone twice for NST,s and eveything is good there. Who know well enough ranting about me.
Dawn I hope your shower goes well mine is tomorrow I cant wait I am excited.

I'm still spotting and it's been 19 days. Some days more than others. As for the milk, I still get a let down feeling once in a while each day and get a little milk on my nursing pads. My breast are not engorged or sore anymore though Maybe others will have an answer for us both, lol Karen

how long after you had baby did af stay w/ u?
for those not breast feeding how long did it take to dry up the milk??
the reason i ask is cause i am having to stop feeding MJ my milk cause he is lactose intolrent. and i have had cabbage leafs on me for 3 days and still have milk. as well my AF is almost stopped it is only 14 days since.....

Amy congrats on your little man! I posted on FB also, I know everyone was waiting on an update. Glad your both doing well.
Sorry I've been MIA, it's a big roller coaster here. Garrett is eating about every 2.5 hours while Isabella is eating between every 3 and 4 hours so I don't have much free time and what I do seems to be reserved for sleeping, washing bottles and talking to the babies or teenagers, lol.
Hope everyone is doing well and can't wait to see more babies coming soon. Karen
i only gaind 7 pounds my pregnacy was at 38 weeks when i had MJ however he was 6 pounds 10 ounces and my plentca was almost 4 pounds so i in all accuallty lost weight. he is 12 days old and i was able to put my shorts on yesterday wonderful feeling. i am planning on getting a job when the doctor releces me so i know i will loose even more weight then.
we had our first scare last night with MJ... I gave him a baby bath on the table as you do when the cord is still there got him all clean and rubbed him down with baby oil and s soon as i finished he had bumps all over him. he is allergic to baby oil. have you ever herd such. his skin is so dry and peeling and the lotion is not helping it. But he clearly can not use the baby oil.... i had to rewash him to get it all off he still has a small bit of the rash today but not as bd as it was last night!
how are the rest of our preggers???? either i have missed there post or they have been MIA????!!! How is all the other new mommy's doing? how is the sleep going for all of you? How is the baby's eating patterns?

I have to say I wonder too what this little girl is doing in there! Right now it feels like gymnatstics!!! Other times I feel all kinds of just quick flutters and movements that go on for a while...makes me want a window to peek in there so I can see what she is doing!!! For sure the part I will miss the most. There is nothing like feeling a baby move inside of you!!!

well it has been busy! Amy girl congrats wow 8 pounds.... outch!!! MJ is still in preemie clothes lol... i had to stop pumping he was throwing the milk back up so dr said he is lactose intolerent like my other 2 kids were... but as upset as it is i am glad he got the clostrum. soory for my spelling i am so tired. not getting a whole lot of sleep these days....
but wanted to check in and see how everything was and how everyone ws. for all the ladies still carrying there litte ones you dont have long to go and they will be here b4 you know it enjoy there movements and kicks cause i miss MJ kicks nd wondering what he was doing in there... he is getting bigger by the day and my kids are doing well with MJ. the dd 13 yr old. well she is coming around i just wish we were able to have future vision with teen girls.....lol

Dawn - Days are going by fast! He will be here before you know it! We have really only had one super hot week in WI so far. The heat makes me puff up like a balloon, that part sucks. We don't have a pool either and I am not jamming this body into a swimsuit for the public eye !!
I am having a LOT of pressure and BH contractions, never lead to full labor though..Got all her clothes washed and bag ready this weekend..we are ready! We did sell our house though and our close date is July 31st...due date is July 27 so the end of the month is going to be pretty interesting!!!
I do love being pregnant and feeling her move, but the pain and pressure has put me into the ready to have her out stage
Sounds like this weekend will be eventful for you!!! Shower and a birthday!! Hope you get everything you need to welcome your little man into the world!!!
