I set my alarm to get up at the same time and go back to sleep. And DH calls me from work to double check cause sometimes I forget to take my cell phone off silent. I use the alarm clock on my phone.

It is more accurate if you take your temp at the same time every morning. You could wake up and temp and then go back to sleep. That is what I do some mornings. God Bless!!! Heather

You want to always test the same time every day - preferable between 10am-2pm. That way you are testing and comparing similar concentrations in your urine. Some women will get up to 5 or 6 days of positives, but most only get 2 or 3. If you are taking your temps, you don't need to even test again after your first positive. Just continue to BD until you get a thermal shift indicating that ovulation is over. Good luck!

How many days will you get a BFP on OPK. And I never use first urine of the morning.
