Shelia,
I am sorry for your loss. With a natural mc, you may just be a few days off similar to what gagirl55 stated. I have had several natural mc's and all were only off by a couple of days. I had to have a D&C on 07.02 and here is where my confusion comes in - will I ovulate, when will I have a normal AF, when can we TTC again... doc stated that I may or may not O, AF could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks after and he would like to have at least one "normal" cycle before we TTC but maybe wait two - three cycles due to my age and being 11 weeks when I had the D&C... confusion confusion confusion...
Hugs for you!

Hi Shelia, were in the same boat. I got my first BFP on June 15 and had surgery on May 12. I was so excited bt I miscarried on the 24th. Now I'm wondering if I should even expect a AF for this month or what. I did BD during Ovulstion several time but not sure what to expect. I tested this morning and got BFN. I'm confused and stressed all in one. Sorry for your loss with prayer it gets better. Hopefully we'll know soon.

I O'd exactly 2 weeks after I started bleeding from my MC. Then AF 14 days after that. My HCG was in the 200's on a Friday, and that Monday they were 54. HTH

I didn't have a long wait for AF with my m/c either. I want to say that once I started to m/c, my numbers were low anyways. Then AF came along about 33 days later.
Sorry your going through this.

Shelia,
I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I've had several miscarriages myself. It varies as to when to expect AF. With that early of a mc I usually get AF within the normal time, maybe a week late but not usually. Your TR can throw your cycle off a bit, too. We women are very sensitive to stressers of any sort and it can throw our cycles off. I wish you the best in your recovery and your ttc journey.
Hugs,
guppy

With my first one it took 3 weeks and 5 days and with my last one it took 4 weeks and 1 day but I also had a D&C with those. They say usually about 4 to 6 weeks is when to expect AF. Hope this helps.

I was just wondering how long it should take to have Af after a miscarriage. As far as I know my cycle is still 25 days. I got my first BFP june 26 but I think that was the end of it because a few days later, I got a negative. At that point my hcg was only 60. Next it was 28. Anyway I am wondering when things will go back to normal. I got pregnant my first cycle after my tr, so I am all confused.

I would appreciate any comments about your personal experience.

Thanks,

Shelia
