No my OBGYN got the results.. I went into the office every other day had blood drawn and the nurse called me the next morning with the results. HcG is a blood test and only can be done at a hospital, Dr office or medical lab. I am assuming this can not be done at home

Just wanted to say that there was a heartbeat and beating at 126 beats per minute..
Dr. M thank you so much...Matt and I are both glowing. He is so excited about his first baby and his mother is estatic about her first grandchild. I have been so worried and seeing that beautiful heartbeat settled evetrything but my morning sickness. God Bless you and the work you do. I know I would have never had the chance of having this baby without you. Matt and I pray for you and the center every night. You are such a huge part of our family now. Paprika~ I am so happy for you... How exciting it must have been for the 2 of you. Can't wait to hear about the next ultrasound , when you get to see that heartbeat!

paprika, i am so happy for you, i have been reading alot of your posts and i am truly so happy for you. You are very inspiring and give me hope for my upcoming TR.
Same goes for you Luquesua, i am just so overcome with joy when i read bfp and every post afterwards is great news, Thank you ladies for sharing your little blessings with us!

We saw the sac, the yolk today and the white halo. I am 5 weeks 2 days, although the sac is measuring at 5 weeks 5 days. Keeping same due date April 28th 2010.
As soon so soon as it came it up the screen, I screamed there she is... there is Paprika!! The nurse laughed and said, yep thats the sac. My DH could just sit there and stared at the screen! I cried.
We are scheduled to come back next Thursday to see and hear the heartbeat and the beanpole. It's been so long since I've done this I had no clue you could now hear heartbeats through the u/s machine. Today was so neat!!!

Thanks Anita for the concern and advice. I called the Dr. today and expressed my concerns. He is having me come in tomorrow morning for an ultrasound. he is having one of the nurses that is also trained on the equiptment.
Hopefully Paprika is right where paprika is supposed to be and we get to see the sac. I was 5 weeks Wednesday so, saying little prayers. My DH is so positive and so excited, he just knows we are going to be fine. I wish I were that confident. I guess I will be Bipolar till tomorrow after we see the sac

Go to the hospital if you have any of the signs/ symptoms of ectopic. You can google a list of them I'm sure, but they range from abdominal pain to constantly feeling like you need to have a BM and even pain between the shoulders. I hope you have nothing to worry about and everything is just perfect.
