Hi Danelle, Ali is so cute! She sure is growing. That is great that you are still able to BF. And it is great that you have a wonderful sitter too! I'm sure that makes it a bit easier on you knowing she is in good hands.. This is my first BF baby too and I have to pump and mix it with cereal because he has reflux and was choking on the BM because it was so thin. A little more time consuming but worth it. Zachary will be 7 weeks tomorrow and was 10 lb 11oz his last dr appointment at 5 weeks.. I think he is going to be a little chunky monkey like my other two guys were.. lol He goes back in 2 weeks so I'm sure he has gained much more. Been awhile since everyone updated. How is everyone doing? Ali is 11 weeks (will be 12 Monday). She is growing like a weed! She is already up to 12lbs 11 ounces. Her little chubby cheecks and rolls on her leg are just too dang cute! I am on my second week back to work and it has been hard to be away from her, but the sitter we have is fantastic with her. I am still bf'ing and pumping at work. I am so proud of myself to have made it this long with bf'ing as I never tried it with my other children.
Would love to hear updates from everyone! And some updated pics. I will upload some new ones of Ali.

Ladies glad to hear all is going well for everyone. i have been soo busy..... MJ is almost 12 pounds he had his shots on thursday and he is not feeling so well feverish and moody. he is cutting his teeth his vampires have busted through and the 4 on top and bottom are comming.... TR#1 she is overwhelming at times.... loving an cuddling the baby! i have been trying to keep everything as smootha spossible with school starting back but it is not going so well.... lol she dont understand why the older 2 leave then mommy goes to school so y cant she....lolol but sorry to run got to get in bed for a very busy week. hope all is geting some sleep. do we have ne still peggo?

well i am sueys SIL and it is great i cant wait we want a bundle of joy asap .....we will know more this week hopefully 2morrow! im getting more and more excited everyday.....and JORDON is sooooo sweet i cant stand it!

Hey everyone. Haven't been around much, Ali keeps me VERY busy and I love every minute of it. She will be 8 weeks old tomorrow! She is also my first bf baby and doing great at it. I go back to work in 2 weeks so I am trying to pump plus feed her but I have about 20 bags of milk pumped already and still able to provide for her so I can't complain. She hasn't had a drop of formula yet
She also would sleep more in the day and up more at night so we started doing a really strict bedtime routine that has turned her right around. We do bath time at 8:30 and then I feed her (lights in room turned off) and read her a story (with low light)and then rock (cuddle time) until 10 and then we put her down and she goes to sleep. She has been sleeping for 4-5 hour stretches for the initial sleep doing this..it has helped me greatly!
Glad to hear all the little ones are doing well, they are such miracles and little blessings! Ali has her 2 month check up coming up on the 21st. I can't wait to see how big she is, she has grown so much she has to be close to doubling her birth weight!
Suey that is just great about your SIL, best of luck to her and I hope her dreams of a TR baby become a reality...and in a short amount of time!

hi suey, I'm just heading out to DS kart race, but had a few minutes before we go.. lol Zach is doing much better at BF and so am I. he he He is my first BF baby and I think I had just as much to learn as he did.. I still do give him 2 3oz formula bottles a day and I'm trying to pump in between BF to get my milk supply up more. Zach is a "cat napper" he sleeps just little bits at a time which is pretty hard, but I've been up for the challenge so far.. Last night he slept for 4 hours! But I will have to say that he has more sleep time during the day too than at night. I've been trying to get him into routine of bath around 8pm and then feed while he is wide awake. Then he is up about 2 - 2 1/2 hours and then a longer feeding then off to bed around 11:30pm. I can't believe how many diapers we go through a day.. lol Breast milk goes right through him.. Well we are still trying to ward off this darn flu bug, but I feel it catching up to me now. I put up a lot more pics in my album on here and will have a few more tomorrow because today is his 3 week old Birthday.. lol
Congrats to your SIL! That is great. I wish her the very best and can't wait to hear how things go for her.

Dawn, Jordon is doing well besides he will sleep for 4 to 5 hour stretches during the day and up every 2 hours at night.LOL he has his nights and days mixed up I think... He is getting bigger everyday. I am still BF but substituting with formula every now and then I honestly dont know how much longer I can do it I wanted to till he hit atleast the 3 month mark but it doesnt seem like he is getting full, so I am up in the air. Besides the sleeping (trying to get it switched up if anyone has any ideas please fill me in) everything is great and I could not ask for anything more...My whole family is adored by Jordon. This past Thursday I had to leave him with Dad overnight my 5 year old DD had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed and they kept her overnight cause she has sleep apnia so they had to monitor her and let me tell ya it was hard for all of us, he was fussing for dad and I felt like a piece of me was missing. But DD is home not feeling up to much but home and happy to be home she missed her little brother to How is everything with Zachary? I hope the BF is going good for you.
Oh I just want to share a little story my sister in law had her tubes tied long before she met my brother I do believe like 12 years ago and her and my brother have been together for like 4 years. After seeing my success she has contacted CH to see if surgery would be an option for her... And I am happy to say they told her YES she is on the boards as buffyd and they are hoping to have TR done ASAP.... A local doctor here told her about a year ago that a TR would not be an option as she had her tubes cut tied and burnt but I encouraged her to contact CH just to see, she did and now she is going to be going through the same journey I did it is just amazing. Sorry so long I just wanted to share as I think I am just as excited as them

Hi ladies, I had a few minutes while "the king" is sleeping.. lol Wow does he ever keep me on my toes.. He's not spoiled or anything.. lol:) Anyway, he had a dr appointment and as of Tues. he weighed 8lbs 15oz and was 20 1/4in. He sure is growing quick. We love him to pieces! Our 15yr old DS is like a mother hen with him.. But this week both of my older boys have the cold/flu and DH seems to have a stomach flu.. UGGGGGH I told everyone that Zach and I are moving out til they get better.. lol My hands are raw from washing them so much and I have been following everyone around with Lysol.
So how is everyone doing? Anyone hear from Tawnee? Suey how is Jordan doing? Well update when you all get a chance.. Take care and give lots of kisses to those precious babies Dawn H.

Suey, Gripe Water. It works wonders. It's all natural and whenever my little one is just fussy I add a little to her bottle and she calms right down. I have found it at all the chain drug stores in the baby section. There's a Baby Bliss brand and a Little Tummy's brand, both seem to work the same. It contains ginger and fennel and my pediatrician said it's perfectly safe to give to any age infant.
