Well, now am at 7 weeks and going strong. Had my quantitative HCG done for the first time on Oct 28 and it was 285, went back for next test on 11/4 and it skyrocketed to 4700+!! My new ob sent me for an ultrasound on 11/5 because of the fears of a possible ectopic or ( gasp!!) multiples, and all that was seen was the gestational sac, but went back for another u/s on 11/11 and saw yolk sac and the sticky bean's beautiful heartbeat We didn't do anything to try to assist in conceiving except for BD'ing weren't even planning on it happening this soon, but apparently the man upstairs had plans for this to be the time. Have my first OB appointment tomorrow afternoon, so am hoping now that all will continue to be as good as it has been so far.
Swestra: I knew even before AF was supposed to arrive, like 4 days before, because I've been there before, and sort of knew the signs to look for, but mostly it was the sore, tender breasts and veins becoming more visible. Also felt a little lie the implantation cramping, but I wasn't sure. Obviously am now!! LOL Best of luck to you TTC, sending you some of my baby dust!!

Wow! That is exciting! I had my tubal reversal surgery 7-28-09 so I hope I can get pg so soon like you did. Did you do anything in particular that you think helped you conceive? Did you have any pg symptoms prior to testing positive? I am 11 dpo today and have already tested negative (i just HAD to poas even though I knew it was prbly too early)
