If you've never used an Instead cup, they can be a bit messy. I've wondered how useful they can be myself, given that the sperm are deposited high up in the vagina when a man ejaculates, and the "run-out" isn't going to make it there anyway. The good sperm - thousands of them in fact - are already swimming upward headed toward the "prize".
That said - there is nothing wrong with giving it a try! It's pretty inexpensive and easy to use. I used them with AF a few times, and it just was not for me at all.

Ive used both two months in a row with no BFP. This past cycle i bought the fertile aid and cm aid I noticed a big change in CM this cycle however i am only 7DPO so I cant tell you if it worked just yet.

Thanks. I never thought of that. I have some that I bought a while back for AF and neer really liked them much. They may work better for bding though.

Shai ann thank you thats great to hear.. Moosenangel it's used for af but many women been using it for ttc .after bding before you get up u insert the cup it holds Dh's swimmers at the opening at the cervix to help them get where they need to go to meet the egg..i'm trying both next time if we didn't catch it this time and am praying to get the same out come you did shaiann

Yes...I really tell everyone that will listen about Pre_seed!!! 2 BFP's first month using it. (1 baby, 1 m/c) and that was after 5 months of zippo without it.

I'm 10DPO today but just ordered the pre seed and instead cups just incase this is not the month and I got them at a good price hopefully I will not need them .In that case ill give them to who ever would like to have them..Any one have any luck with either of these ?
