Thanks guys...I have, lets just say...and I apologize in advance for the TMI...VERY obviously ovulation! LOL! EWCM doesn't even begin to describe! Sorry!!!!
I usually ovulate around CD 12-13, so I know that by CD 19 I'm safe.

Its different dosage for everyone. I have heard of 100mg once a day up to 800 mg a day... it really depends on your own needs. usually they prescribe the minimum during the 2ww and then if you get a BFP, they will test your progesterone to see if it is high enough and adjust your dosage accordingly.
You really want to be monitoring your ovulation though. It shouldn't be taken until 2dpo just to make sure you O. If you take on CD19 and haven't ovulated yet, the progesterone will keep you from ovulating. Do you keep track of ovulation by either temps or OPKs? You should do at least one or the other when using medication. Good luck!

This is my second month of Prometrium. I take 100mg twice a day. Is that a typical dosage? All the info that I can find on it is for post-menopausal women. I'm wondering if it is enough. The doctor told me that I should take it from CD19 to CD30. Test on CD30, and if BFN, discontinue and AF should follow in 4-5 days.
I was a bit concerned last month because AF was only delayed one day from when I stopped taking it. I'm wondering if my levels are high enough, even with the supplements. Or maybe I'm just lucky that I get the cycle over with quickly?
