I was absolutely shocked when I heard someone speak so negative about CH. I had the best experience with Chapel Hill and Dr. Berger. I thank God everyday for my baby and the skills that God has given Dr. Berger and his staff. They are a blessing to many, many people and I would be very defensive against these accusations. We honestly can't please everyone, even with the best intentions.

When I originally posted my review there were a handful of positive reviews and one negative review from someone who had not even interacted or experienced CHTRC. I will always stand true to the great staff and dr's there at CHTRC. I just happened to get on yelp last night to see if there had been any changes and was completely surprised! Mouth dropping surprised to see what was only 3 stars!!! Surprisingly enough my review was still there, one more positive and then a lengthy negative. Right away I thought of my TR sisters who I have not even met beside the two other couples that had their TR's the same morning I did January 08, 2007. I hope we can help get these review ratings back up and express not just here but to outsiders who many not come to "our" message board before deciding how they feel about the TR procedures performed by our beloved CHTRC!!

11/3/2009 I am NOT an employee of this Doctor nor am I being paid for this either. My husband himself is a practicing physician here in Miami however his specialty is Orthopedics. I went to Doctor Berger in March 2007 one month after I was married. I had 2 children from a previous marriage and because I had tied my tubes NEVER thought I could have children again. Today I have 2 Berger Babies. My son will turn 2 in December and my precious baby girl turns 4 months today! He is the BEST tubal reversal surgeon you will find... His Staff is beyond the 5 stars here. I was treated with care and compassion from my first phone call till the very end. They even check up on you after your babies are born. I am TRULY GRATEFUL to have met this Doctor to me he has angelic hands. If you are looking to reverse your tubes this is the best center you will find!
I was just over at [the other site] and what a sad turn of events. I was over at this site looking through the comments, which I know I left one about how great CHTRC is and about how they REALLY care about their patients. My comment is gone! It seems that the good comments are being taken down and one lower review is being left.
By the looks of things unless an individual posts more than once on Yelp, comments will be taken down! I for one am going to show my support for CHTRC. Not only because I believe in what they do but also because it may take just one woman’s dreams away and I would not feel right letting this go unattended.
CH is simply amazing... from the moment you walk in, you know you've come to the right place. There is nothing more intimate than sharing the journey to mommyhood (or freedom from PTLS) with a group of professionals that "get it". You're not just a number, you are a human being and they really do treat the person and the spirit at the same time. Again- amazing.
The warmth they exude from taking your BP pre-op to sharing the great news post-op is so welcome and necessary.
So many of us travel great distances for this dream and dealing with the unknown before TR is a trial in itself... but when you walk into that waiting room, flipping through the "success story" scrapbooks, the peace you feel (despite how nervous you are) is unmistakable and unforgettable.
Sorry to be so verbose, but I don't think there are enough words to describe how I feel about the CH team.

Ladies, I'm sure those of you here have nothing but positive things to say about Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center and their great staff. Those of us whom have got our BFP and those of us still holding on to that chance; perhaps those who have suffered from PTLS, we had a great experience there and would hands down recommend CHTRC highly to anyone! They in my eyes are most definitely worthy of the entire 5 stars they deserve!!
