A few months after tr I had cramps 2 weeks prior to af. Then I would have terrible cramping, clotting and my periods were HEAVY. It lasted a few months and got better with time. My periods are just fine now. Like Anita said it is your body recovering, it takes time.

Natalie, your body is recovering from surgery, and so the s/s you describe are not unusual. You may have them for several more months until your body gets back to normal. I had every pregnanct symptom in the book EXCEPT a BFP for the first five months or so. GL and I hope you get back to normal quickly.
I have a question for all the ladies that have had their TR. Has anyone noticed exaggerated PMS symptoms shortly after their TR?
I ask because about 5-6 days AFTER my TR I've started getting AF type cramps. They are off n' on.... and nothing in need of any pain medication or anything, but, I never get cramps until the day after AF starts.
I've been getting the 'twinges' every now and again, which I expected, but I didnt expect AF type cramps for the 2 weeks prior to AF showing up.
Has anyone else experienced this? AF isn't due until Thursday but gosh I wish she'd just get here already-- I feel like my body has been just waiting for her to make an appearance with these cramps. Ugh.
Other than this nuissance, everything has been golden.
Anyone else? Is this a finite thing for the first few cycles after TR or am I a freak?
