Natalie - I've seen a few ladies get a BFP within a few weeks of surgury, and most went on to have a successful pg. It's hard not to stress - we all have and do - but the fact you got a quick BFP is a very good sign.
My advice is to enjoy the moment, and try to take each day as it comes. There isn't a promise of a sticky BFP, but getting a postive test so soon in my opinion is a very good thing.
Enjoy it...this is why you traveled so far and what you worked toward! The fact it came quicker than usual is your bonus. Best of luck for a H&H pregnancy and baby!

Natalie, don't freak if you see nothing on the U/S next week. I am now 14 weeks and didn't see anything until almost 6 weeks. I was 4 weeks and 3 days wen i got my first +.. I am so excited for you and understand how you feel. I had friends tell me quit being so negative, I refused to let them talk about the baby as if I were I actually pregnant, or talk about how cute the baby was going to be, or anything pertaining to the baby being viable. I freaked bad!!! I understand the questioning you are going through. Just try not to let it get you down. It can be overwhelming. It was for me until my Dr. said you have less than a 2% chance of M/C.

Wow Natalie, That's amazing. Your reversal was just the week before mine! I'm on CD 7, and we're going to try to really hard to follow your example! Congratulations to you. I was wondering who would be the first among us October people to have a BFP. Hopefully we will all conceive in time. Enjoy your little bean. Becky

Danaka: You're up next C'mon, TR-baby-buddy !!
I won't feel too excited about anything until I see the baby where s/he should be at my U/S on Thursday. Until then though, I am sending all my +ive vibs (and yours) to my lil bean.
Still so surreal!!
For anyone wondering, my symptoms were (starting from about 4DPO):
4DPO: change in BM (TMI), loose and regular (unusual for me), bbs not sore but firmer than usual & throbb-y, cramping 5DPO: same as above + hot flashes 6 DPO: same, hot flashes (still everyday), increase in appetite 7 DPO:same as above, craving tomatoes, elevated temperature 8 DPO:same, had a glass of wine and it hit me like a mack truck!! Alcohol tolerance is waaaay down. 9 DPO:same (minus the wine part, lol) 10 DPO:same 11 DPO:same, bbs aren't as throbb-y anymore 12 DPO:same + fatigue, still craving tomatoes and now hot mustard 13 DPO: still really tired, veins on chest are more visible, increased hunger, craving dinner food for brekkie (I never eat brekkie). First set of BFPs, -ive digital 14 DPO: 2 more +ive hpts & +ive digital with FMU. Still tired, took a 2-hour nap today-- very unusual. And I am soooooo warm!!!

Natalie I know it is hard and I had the same worries and I did not see my bfp till over a year after surgery. I have read stories many of them where ladies got blessed fast and they are now raising their little ones. I wish you all the best. I will be praying for you. Miranda

Natalie, I completely understand your fear and anxiety. I got pg 10 days after surgery and had all of the same reactions from people. I has shocked it happened so soon as well, and also thought it may have been too soon. My husband even more so than me, but we were't even trying at that point. Afrer a few days we started getting very excited and lost the negative feelings, BUT we also lost the baby. It ended up being an ovarian ectopic and I had to have emergency surgery to remove it. The moral of the story is, a year and a half after TR our journey ended in blocked tubes, and more than anything all I want was that baby I had growing inside me. Being scared is a natural reaction, but God has a plan that may not necessarily have been what you were expecting. I wish you all the best! -Katie
