I am scheduled for surgery on 12/21 and am expecting to ovulate between 12/22 and 12/24. We're anxious. I don't know how I'll feel but does a day or two after surgery pose an increased chance of ectopic pregnancy due to swelling in the tubes? Kim

Dear Feari,

We do give patients permission to have intercourse and try to conceive when they feel able to. However, keep in mind that the incision site should be kept as clean as possible during the initial healing process.
Feel free to contact me with any additional questions. 919-968-4656

Well, I've seen plenty of posts that imply people enjoyed their stay in CH, and I do mean *after* TR as well! [Smile]

As soon as you feel up to it, your safe to resume...

We waited till the steri strips came off... I was paranoid about the incision opening. Enjoy!
