You poor thing! Tears ran down my face, mine was so painful. You may also cramp for a few days afterwards. Congrats on having at least one open tube! That's what I've got too

Good luck with your HSG! My only advice would be to make sure you explain about your TR. I had my TR in January and my first HSG in June. At that time the radiologist told me both tubes were blocked. Needless to say, I was devastated. I sent my films to CHTRC and they suggested I redo the test as the radiolgist was able to see 8cm of tube on one side and 6cm on the other, which is past the point where my tubes were reconnected. I just had my second HSG done last week and explained my TR and the last HSG and asked the radiologist to apply more pressure this time. Results were that my left tube is blocked but my right tube is open! I start Clomid next month. I was so happy to hear that at least one tube is open and I have a chance.
