The earlier clear winner is still the "clear winner."
The input is wonderful. The artist can work further on the cover with this exact title. Apparently it's important to have the EXACT one!
The book is closer to completion. I still have a bit of editing to do.
I believe everyone will enjoy the clear description of the female reproductive cycle, the methods of tubal ligation and tubal reversal, and of course the wonderful (and sometimes painful!) stories.

I really like When Permanent is Not Forever. When I had my TL I really thought it was permanent. I divorced soon after my TL.I later remarried to a wonderful man with no kids.He would go on about how much he loved kids and wanted themso bad. I felt really bad and could not bare to tell him about my TL( thinking that this one choice that I made would take this wonderful person away from me. Being really scared I told him thinking he would leave. He said there has to be a way. We looked and right away we found CH. I became a member in Jan and had my TR that March. We got PG right away and Im now PG with # 5( 4 good PGs and one in the tube) So I now know that Permanent is Not Forever. Khadija

I still like the "When Permanent is Not Forever: The Tubal Ligation Reversal Guidebook".
"Tubal Ligation Reversal: for Body, Spirit, or Baby" This one is good, definitely leaner and cleaner, but there is a "but" there. I could only see this one with a good subtitle/notation: Whatever your reason this guidebook offers answers to your questions and more, something to that effect.
I like the fact that it is a guidebook to answer many questions we all seek answers for and found them via the Internet, which led to CHTRC; and that it has "interviews" with patients that suffered from PTLS or conceived.
Yeah, I still opt for the first one I mentioned here.
