Sometimes the 1st few cycles after TR can be off. If your cycles are usually 28-30 days and you are currently on CD 30, you should wait a couple of days and if no AF, then test again. Feel free to contact 919-968-4656 to speak with a TR nurse if you have more questions.

Your cycles can definitely be off the first cycle after TR. Also a lot of ladies do have a permanent change in their cycles also. There's also the possibility that your body geared up to O but didn't. Did you back up your + OPK with temps? If you haven't seen AF in a few days try testing again. GL

Hi. I'm concerned that I am on day 30 of my cycle and got a bfn this morning and no AF. I got a pos. LH surge Dec. 3rd. So, I know I ovulated Dec. 4th or 5th. This is also my first cycle since TR. My cycle is usually 28 to 30 days. When should I test again?
